1. The online design tool was intuitive and easy to navigate. I created the layers outside the program and as able to layout all the.svg files in the designer with ease!
2. The PMS color matching of our brand purple was spot on. Sometimes, we face the challenge of purples that are too blue or plum or pink, and this one was nearly exact to our brand.
3. Quality -- the product is beautiful. The feel, the polished finish, the hems, the little straps to hook to the stand, really wonderful
4. Customer service! -- We did a couple rounds of proofs and each time they were quick in responding and pulling my feedback into the revisions. And as soon as I approved, production kicked off and the step and repeat was here within a week.
5. Post-fulfillment service -- The background I designed used an overlay of large block letters of our tagline repeating, with a slight opacity to not pull too much focus from the foreground. When the item arrived, that overlay was very close to the PMS of background color so it was not very visible. They did make a not in the proofing, but I took a risk. As soon as I filed the ticket to get help, I was connected with a rep, Denver, who took their time understanding my issue, assessing the images and videos I sent in, and then ultimately (and without having to beg or plead) offered a complete reship of the item at no additional cost. Denver is working with the art department to make sure they understand the goal of what we want, which was what the poof looked like, that duo-tone background look. The back and forth on this took only a few days, then once I agreed, they ordered the shipment, and now I am waiting to hear from art department then have it reprinted. The estimated arrival date is again within a week of this resolution. Amazing. I am beyond impressed with their customer service and hopeful the reprint will be what we are aiming for. Thank you!
