Order to production is way too slow, especially since i provided vector pdfs at the correct scale and for some reason the art was recreated and approval then took multiple rounds with long lags.

The template helped my designer create just the right banner. Banner Buzz let me know the images might be a bit blurry based on my artwork, but it was not blurry at all and looks amazing! It came right when it was supposed to. A bit heavier than I expected, but with the travel case, I can check it in as luggage or I can bring an extra suitcase and put it inside.

We paid extra to expedite the order and was told it would deliver on time and it arrived two days after we needed it. Tracking kept saying it was out for delivery but it took 4 days to deliver. Even called your Customer service. Would like a full refund as we can no longer use this product.

I ordered these table covers, two pop-up banners, two tall banners, and a step and repeat - only got the first two items because the design on the step and repeat held the last banners up. Tried to explain the urgency and turnaround time issue to several support people, and no one communicated with any urgency. When I thought we had a solution - to separate out the two tall banners that were complete and ready to be shipped, from the step and repeat that took 24+ hours to hear back from the designer I "hired" through them, they told me a day after it was supposed to be delivered, after waiting on hold for 45 minutes - that it hadn't been shipped because the order was canceled (just the step and repeat was supposed to be canceled) So because of all the horrendous communication issues I will NEVER order with this company again. Products are great and affordable, but not worth the headache.

After dozens of calls and emails back and forth to finally figure out what format was needed for my flag, it was printed sooo poorly. I emailed to share this and I had to formally submit a ticket with photos. Then they said take a video with 24 hours (during a week day!) or the ticket would be closed. I answered to say I couldn't even do that until the weekend and they still closed the ticket. Still waiting for "review" of my photos after I got them to reopen. Just really poorly run it's dissapointint. Hours and hours spent on tbis one basic flag that still was printed lazily.

The logo and repeating logo we provided were low resolution, but the BannerBuzz team were able to rework and upscale them to be clearly visible on the banners.

I never got my order and customer service was terrible. I had to dispute the charges through my bank. The tracking number was never activated by the post office. Never again!

Answer: No, they never recorrect order or never help you in getting it right. They will leave you in a limbo after the product is delivered, for me they did not provide any instructions and spending hours over phone, chat and email support thee refuse to give any instudtions and asked to figure it out myself. Now i am in loss of over $6500 :(
