I ordered a table runner to replace one we had that got stained. I upgraded the shipping in order to get a table runner in time for an event we were doing. It should have arrived on a Wednesday for use on Sunday. Instead, it came the day after the event. I called and asked for a partial refund and was only offered 50% back on the shipping. I said that wasn't reasonable and that the entire shipping should be refunded. After a long wait, they agreed. However, it's now more than a week later, and the refund has not come through my email or on the website Refunds tab. I've now made a second call, and after a long wait again I was promised the same deal. Countered again, put on a long hold. The refund was accepted, and I was put on still another long hold. I was then told the refund had been done when I first called. I asked for an email confirmation for my employer and was told it was emailed to me. It was not. I got put on yet another long hold, and then another one. Such a waste of time! Eventually I did get an email noting the refund. So in general, I like the products BannerBuzz offers, but their service and delivery has serious flaws.

When i initially placed my order, i received 2 email messages stating my order was not completed. The link to return to my order seemed to have expired because it no longer worked. I placed the order again for 1 feather flag. I received 2 of the same flag and had been charged twice. The initial order had been processed, contrary to what the email stated.

I ordered a 10x10 frame and canopy with travel case in June. Canopy and travel case arrived in one week. Two weeks after order no frame. Called and was told someone forgot to ship it. A few days later notified the frame was on its way. Two and a half weeks later now and still no frame.

I was able to design my own banner, but either I didn't center or it got mixed up in the order, but then it took three different communications, two phone calls, etc to finally get the desired effect. Then it arrived sooner than expected! I was so pleased with the overall product and they did do all they could to make it what I wanted.

I ordered a custom table runner for book signings and events, and when my browser refreshed automatically at one point, I didn't realize that the table runner saved under white instead of black. I was able to contact them and have it fixed without an issue. When I received it, I was happy with the results. It did take a while to get here, but it was expected dealing with customs. I would definitely use them again.

The cross base is decent, not made to the standard that I was hoping. But the customer service is not worth buying from this company. In an age, where refunds and returns are normal they are not allowed here. They say they want to help but then aren't willing to take any steps to help resolve unsatisfied issues. Their return policy does say this, now I know, and will be taking my business else where. Just thought I would help save someone else the trouble.

The biggeer pieces were cut in half, And 2 decal's were shorter I had to adjust the project on the spot and cut from another decal to put and complete so i can cover the empty place. But that made it look cheap and wrong

Answer: No, they never recorrect order or never help you in getting it right. They will leave you in a limbo after the product is delivered, for me they did not provide any instructions and spending hours over phone, chat and email support thee refuse to give any instudtions and asked to figure it out myself. Now i am in loss of over $6500 :(
