To be honest the Initial sign I ordered wasn't great, but after a bit of back and forth with their customer services they have now replaced the sign in a different font and resolved my issues. Thank you

Poor experience from artwork not being understood to wrong order completed (missing stands) which I definitely selected, they made me pay again for shipping of the stands. Shipping is far too long and would never have used your company if I knew it was shipping from India. However, product quality was good, if a little challenging to construct.

Upon reviewing your order, we can see that the proof was sent within 30 minutes of order placement, and we attempted to contact you within the first hour. However, the contact number provided was incorrect, which prevented us from reaching you. Additionally, the proof approval was received approximately 9 hours later, which resulted in a one-day shift in the delivery timeline.We understand the concerns this situation may have caused. We also see that your order has been canceled, and the refund has been successfully initiated. Your feedback is valuable, and we will work on improving our processes to ensure a smoother experience in the future.
I simply wanted a repeat order after 9 months, but my Artwork had been disposed of by Bannerbuzz after 6 months so I had to resubmit. I did. Then they said my font size (accepted last time) was no longer acceptable, as it was too small. So it all turned out to require several emails and was a lot harder to get my boomarks than I expected.

I had an issue with two of the big window stickers I ordered and took photos and transferred on to the window as asked. To let them see the problem. The edges where not sticking.
As seeing this, they have issued two replacement at no cost to me. Great customer service, keep up the good work.
