I had a problem with a deffective product twice, but costumer support surprised me for being so attentive and quick to solve the issue.

My experience with Banggood has been nothing but positive. The responsiveness of this company is great, and you can expect a response within 1-2 business days. I was very impressed with the quality of their products and the fast shipping. I received my item in about 10 days after purchase, and it looked like the item was fulfilled in their California Warehouse so they do have a USA-Based Fulfillment Center. I will be using their services in the future.

I purchased an ex car back in November. Shipment was fast and the car is great. Unfortunately I had some issues with the battery which can happen with batteries. Due to some shipping restrictions they could not send me a replacement. However bangood offered me to find a local solution and refunded me the difference. Thanks for the great support.

Quality Issue was discovered after purchasing a GPS quadcopter made by well established hobbyist brand.
Item arrived in reasonable time from China, given current circumstances, but unfortunately developed a performance fault the next day.
This was immediately reported to Banggood via their Customers Concerns page on their website which is a very useful and powerful tool for raising issues by including Photos and short Video clips.

Banggood's response was immediate with email within 24 hrs from CS team informing me of the 'escalation status' of my concern.

Following subsequent checks, 'Jeremy' finally took proactive action by offering full refund.
This swift, positive outcome has helped me remain their VIP3 customer.

Had a problem after buying an RC plane, my siquence controller for gear and cabin was not working, found a replacement myself and banggood paid for it. Love this store, they always work for customers satisfaction. Service level is TOP.

Item damaged after two months. Contact the Banggood and Resend the item under warranty claim within three working days.

I ordered a Emax tinyhawk drone, which unfortunately arrived not working, it made some strange noise from the electronic control board. I contacted BG support, and within 3 days a new board was on its way to me in the mail. Great service!

I really recommend Banggood it is one of the best stores to shop from, what is special here in banggood is the fast shipping. And the good communication with sellers. I just ordered 2 orders with more than 45$. They shipped the item from NL which is really good for us in Europe and in Africa.

I have received a Falcon 1080p drone which does not work.
I wrote to Bangood which promptly after just a couple of days agreed to fully refund the order.
This is a very positive behavior towards the customer which really must be underlined.
