I bought led string light set which came in less than 2 weeks and arrived via courier. I found that one of the string lights and remote were not working. I emailed them and they gladly assisted me and resent me a whole new set in less than 15 days I am very happy with their service. Keep up the awesome service for everyone Banggood!

About Banggood: They are a direct to consumer cross-border sales online retailer. Products are shipped from one of their 30+ warehouses in the world. They also have warehouses in the US.

About my purchase: I was looking for a remote controlled car and searched all over the internet for a good retailer. There are tons of RC cars out there and the price range even for the same cars is huge. I ended up checking options and prices on the Banggood webpage. I was surprised to see that the same car offered on other well known retailer pages was about 30% less on banggood. I decided to pull the trigger and experience the service myself.

About the app: When I later downloaded the app I was overwhelmed with the number of pictures, rewards offers, deals, etc. They offer a wide range of VIP options and Rewards. But I choose to mostly ignore this part on their app and webpage. Actually I prefer the webpage over the app.

About the order process: I quickly found what I was looking for and overall the ordering process was straight forward. Payments can be arranged in a variety of ways an I choose Paypal. There is a shipping charge unless you meet a certain amount. My product shipped from the US directly and it took about 10 days to arrive. Their tracking system claims that the package has been sterilized before it shipped out. I am very happy with the overall order experience.

About the customer service: The product arrived in a flawless condition. Unfortunately after a few days the product showed signs of concerns and I contacted the banggood customer service via the app. My request got a response within 12 hours. Everyone was quick and really trying to solve my problem as quick as possible. Everything was handled to my full satisfaction and I like to thank the customer service for this painless experience.

Overall everything worked very well and they will probably see me again.

Excellent customer service and fast shipping! Bought body shell magnet mount's for RC truck and magnet's came shattered but Banggood did a hassle free full replacement! Highly recommend and always look forward to doing business with Banggood!

Meanwhile i have a lot of orders at banggood. Mostly i don't have to wait longer than two weeks to get the items to germany. If you have an issue with an item the service will always try to find a satisfying solution.
I can recommend banggood especially for torches and mobile phones (i only bought this items).
