Great phone, at a great price! Delivery was much faster than expected!
I ordered two remote control trucks for my kids. Both work quite well. Unfortunately one stopped working after only one day. I contacted banggood and they sent out a new one to replace it - so they are really backing their products.

It's my first experience with banggood will see how it go
Easy. Order placed on November 29 from Ontario Canada and received Dec18th - just in time for Christmas
Bought a digital microscope from Banggood on December 7, the shipping label was created on December 9, here it is January 3 and no sign of the product. The usps tracking site says they have not received the item to ship it out yet, I contacted Banggood several times with no avail, all Crystal keeps saying is sorry for the inconvenience, I asked for my money back and of course that's not going to happen, I have ordered lots of things from China and have always received the items with in a couple weeks, because of their lack of customer care I lost 7 customers, I'll never do business with Banggood again. Horrible

Easy to enter orders, not so easy first time navigate to find items. Godds arrived in time partial shipment, second one a little late and package not well done, only plastic bag arrived broken, but godds where not damaged. Anyway good experience, I'll buy again.

Banggood is ok. Nearly always the product arrives. If not, you will usually get help. Shipping is very slow, sometimes just like 3 weeks to Europe, sometimes like 3 months. If the product comes from a European warehouse, then within Europe the shipping is usually less than 1 month. Shipping prices has gone up radically during this last year 2020.
Shipping is a bit slow but at least i got the order!
