Over the years I have bought from BBOS and it's always excellent quality; I feel comforted knowing that I am buying the real deal! Most recently I bought a Gucci bag and a Louis Vuitton wallet and they are my favorite staple pieces that I will use daily and cherish for years to come!

This is not 4th bag from Bag Borrow or Steal. I have loved every bag. I get bored with my purses quickly so this is the perfect solution.

I could never get myself to justify spending 4 figures on a purse, but I can justify a few hundred a month for whatever purse strikes my fancy at any given time. Process was fun and easy and I am enjoying the purse.

My online shopping experience with BBOS was great, but I was very disappointed with my bag. It was much smaller than I anticipated, and could very well be used by a child. I regret not paying more attention to the size dimentions of the bag before purchasing.

The Chanel bag I selected to rent looked MUCH nicer online - in person it looks beat up and cheap (like something I would have gotten from Claire's in 1999) So disappointing!

I've been with BBOS for a long time, like probably 15 years now? I used to rent bags a bunch, which I loved to do. And as I got older, it's my first stop for a vintage/resale purchase for bags and accessories. I trust the company. I don't always love the policies? But again, I know they've been around awhile, and ultimately I trust them.

From searching for the purse I wanted, to the ease of ordering and SUPER FAST delivery, my experience with this company was wonderful. I will be purchasing again.

First time borrower! I have shopped BBOS many years but excited to borrow the Fendi medium tote in pink. Wasn't convinced about which color if I were to buy or how the shape would look on me. Very pleased I did this! Stellar bag!

Received item as described/shown. Delivery was fast.

When placing my order it stated it was a signature required delivery via ups. My delivery was not required to have a signature nor was my other bag I ordered a few months prior. In addition to requiring no signature it was also delivered to wrong address. I understand things happen by mistake but when it is a repeat issue it gets frustrating. When purchasing something close to $1k you want to be sure it arrives as promised. Otherwise, shopping with bbos is great.
