Stay away from this app the Badoo team will block and take your money cut your premium payment in half just because you are reported from fake and jealous people for no reason! They have ridiculous costumer service. I never recommend this app and I'll do everything possible to take off my people from my environment who I know! Shame on you Badoo
I signed up for the unlimited lifetime account for $79.99 through the website, since the app tries to charge you $159.99. But, when I went to check my account, they had charged me $79.99 twice. Obviously outraged, I cancelled my account immediately in the hopes to get my money back. Well, PayPal was willing to refund one of the $79.99 charges, but told me to contact Badoo to get my other $79.99 back. I emailed Badoo (which turned out to be a mistake), not only did they ban me from the site and app for having "multiple accounts" (I've only made one, no idea what the hell they are talking about) and I was told that because of that, they didn't have to refund my money, because I'm in violation of their terms of service. So, because Badoo is being no help, I'm trying to get my bank to refund my money. Hopefully that goes better than dealing with Badoo. Because, even if they let me keep the unlimited account, which they didn't. It disappeared after a day. I'm still out $79.99 because of my permaban.

It is a fraud app. It will keep charging you after you give them your account information. I didn't add three months subscription. They added it secretly. I found it out one month later. And I can't get my refund back. 100% scam

Do not give any bank details to this thieves. I have paid £ 2.09 for 1 day badoo premium and they are charging me every day. I stopped my badoo premium, but this amount is keep going out of my account. I sent them email and the answer was this account doesn't exist anymore. I have contacted my bank and they made a block, so if they charge me again from different accounts I can take a legal action. Avoid any payments!

So check this out, i clicked block and when i didnt they have a Trojoan Virus. How do i know this i got a New ETrade Master Card and within 2 days i was being charged $2.99 four days straight then my local bank debit card same thing... This dirty little people. Just call your bank and close your account and get a new account and a new card...

Badoo seemed to become popular as Plenty Of Fish became less popular around 6 years ago, and I feel they took an increased share of the free dating app market. At that time I joined up and it really was a great little app, they even used my account to promote themselves via twitter. I met someone nice off Badoo and for 2 years didn't use the app. When I returned to use the service a few years ago it became clear that using the Free account is now next to useless! A few months ago I decided to take them up on the premium account offer. This makes the app as effective as the old free accounts. Regrettably Badoo took £10 for a premium 30 day subscription just before Christmas and then banned my account day after Christmas (just over 4 days later). I have had some really pleasant dates from the App and I never threaten people so I am at a loss to know why I am banned? It seems to me that you've only got to have 1 woman who feels bitter at being rejected to report a man and have them banned? I even have to pass criminal record checks for my Job so hardly the sort of Man who needs to be banned from a dating app. To compound issues the customer support appears like a "cut and paste" Robot, and Badoo don't seem in the slightest bit interested in good Customer Service but rather raking in the money! I have requested a refund for services not received but Badoo have 1) refused point blank to restore my membership or 2) refund the money paid. This is illegal in the UK! I have complained to my mobile service provider and will escalate to the UK Telecoms regulator OFCOM. I think its absolutely diabolical this company is allowed to operate at all in the UK. I believe until they can get a handle on their banning criteria and stop charging people for services not received Google Play and Apple Store need to suspend the App from the App store. I will be contacting both Google Play and Apple Store to report on my experience. Anyone reading this - I would avoid Badoo and use a reputable dating company such as tinder or match.

I paid 3.99usd to test out badoo and the bastards charged me 39.99usd on top of it I had to contest the 39.99usd with my credit card company. Dating websites have become a breeding ground for con artist the profiles and the website creators themselves.

The whole concept of this application is to scam people using it.
There are traps everywhere in the application to steal money from its customers.

Once signed up for a subscription with us, each time these services run out it will automatically renew itself.
You can cancel these by opening your profile and click on the cog icon in the top right corner. Then, scroll down to the Payment Settings section and click on Unsubscribe. Your subscription will be cancelled at the end of the last payment period that you purchased.
We also offer free ways for our users to obtain our features, you can be rewarded with these by watching our promo videos and inviting a friend through the app.

They will charge you $60 without you knowing. Their automatic subscription after that FREE TRIAL is going to surprise you.
I deleted my credit card info from the APP and they still MANAGED to CHARGE ME. Isn't it FAIR to think that if you delete your credit card info, they will just unsubscribe you THEMSELVES afterwards? BUT NO! They said DELETING CREDIT CARD INFO IS JUST FOR THE TOPUPS. They still GOT YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO for the automatic PREMIUM even if you delete it! WHAT A SCAM!
Customer service thru feedback is NOT HELPFUL. They will say they understand you for your frustration but will just show the "terms and conditions" in email and make pre-generated responses after you make valid reasons as to why you deserve A REFUND.
The APP in itself is designed to FOOL YOU. Their unsubscribe button is so small and gray that it took me a few tries to figure out!

I Downloaded this app for fun about a week ago i think. And i saw that they take one day premium package things. So im like, sure why not ill try it for a day, never tried anything like this before so why not. Sucked pretty bad, as expected. But for 1,99 who cares right. And thats how they get your payment details, and just start stealing money from your account.
These guys think they can end up taking 40 euro's out of my account, without any of my concent. During the whole registration process not once was there a clear notice of a 40 euro extra cost. Why in hell would i pay 40 euro's for one day on some cheesy booty call site. It stated only 1,99 Nothing more.

Answer: 99% are fake! When you engage with Badoo you expose yourself to fraud and rip off. Their "job" consists of making up fake profiles with stolen photos and reeling in gullible people. If you want dates and relationship, you may want to try http://J4Love.net This site has helped me and a friend of mine to meet many lovely women. My friend got married to one of them. I'm still undecided, but the site works. Don't waste your money on Badoo. What they do is try to get your money without providing any real service. You pay for talking with bots. You are buried in auto-generated messages and there are no real people willing to meet.
