This people charge me then block my account tons of fake profiles while my photo was verified after 3 attempts, also site is not safe and not fair they don't charge fairly one wrong move and your money goes away. And woman on this sites are fake profiles, single mommies, and woman that no one wants in their real life, so they bust ego there.
So following on from Badoo's response I replied to them with the following 'I was not even aware that were was a one-touch system set up. It's only been in the last fortnight that I have returned to your site after 4 years. What I can't believe you find acceptable is that even though I contacted you straight away to inform you of this mistake, you still insist that I've taken advantage of the benefits of your Lifetime Badoo Premium. I don't understand how, as although I was on the site at the time, mainly looking through your Terms and Conditions, and I haven't returned to the site since you think it justifies charging £120 for that.
I also think that you should reconsider using the term 'customer service/support' as basically telling a customer tough luck, we're going to keep your money is NOT in any way 'customer service/support'.
What you could have done is said is 'okay, it was a mistake, but you've had access to some of these benefits so we'll only charge you for a month and refund the rest'
Instead you get another 1* review which has already has 300+views in less than 24 hours, and that's only on this site, plus Paypal are looking into it, along with my bank. Hardly encourages people to use your service or it to be recommended to others'
That was on Friday morning, it's now Monday and they haven't had the decency to reply.
As I said before shocking customer service. Please avoid at all costs.

This morning whilst still in bed I looking through the Badoo app. Accidently clicked on the lifetime Badoo Premium, unaware that it instantly confirmed payment. Straight away I went onto the Badoo website and explained my mistake and read their Terms and Conditions and read that 'Once you have paid for any premium services, you have the right to cancel and be reimbursed for all payments received within 14 days'.
Not wanting to spend £120, that I can ill afford, I contacted them asking to cancel. Their Customer Service contacted me to say that because the benefits were instantaneous I was not allowed a refund and that as far they were concerned that was the matter over. I can assure you that it is not.
Shocking that they couldn't even compromise. Disgusting customer service and I will be in contact with my bank and others regarding this incident
On their policy they say you have 14 days since the payment to receive a refund. I asked for it the same day I got the money out of my bank without my consent and they just stopped replying to me on 2 different tickets. They keep quoting a condition that is not on their Terms and Conditions Policy. They took away money from me that I need to EAT! The unsubscribing process is fraudulent and while I thought I was already not anymore with the service, they charged me again. These company is full of senseless scammers.

We ask that all our users unsubscribe if you no longer want to be unsubscribed. If our users cannot do this we happily switch this off for them. We do have to stress that unlinking your card, or deleting your account is not the same to unsubscribing to this service. Hope you can understand.

I have used the Badoo site for a few years and they have a system built in to where some people you need to spend credits to chat.
The exit button is conveniently right neat the payments buttons and I accidentally used the 79.99 life time fund. They had my PayPal because I made 10$ transactions here and there.
When I contacted them at first they said because I agreed to their site policy I'm held to the purchase I accidentally made! I continued to contact them and tell them I didn't have the money to spend and they told me they will refund me!
I waited for 2 days and got nothing.
When I contacted again they told me that April their Community Operations Manager Would contact me. She said to close my PayPal case and they would refund. I did so and they ghosted me!
They play dumb and try to get rid of you as soon as possible with their bs policy they say you signed when you signed up!
I'm going to call my bank and report for fraud to get my money back because I have the screenshots and the attempts to make peace with them. Through their e-mail customer service and facebook.
These guys are totally scam artist-run away!

We are quite proud of our set up but always looking for ways to improve and would appreciate it if you could go into this a little bit more. We are not in control of the matching. Matches are based on if the other person likes you and vice verse. When you both like each other this is how the match is formed. If our users are not happy with the options we always recommend adjusting the filters and broadening your distance and age preferences.

Badoo, is a scandalous website dating service. Never do business with them. Their webpage is horrible to navigate through to delete your account. After much frustration I deleted my account they signed me up again without my permission. I went to my bank and got a new card. They still billed me. How they do it. If you get a card only to replace the prior one you had used to conduct business with them, they use their auto opt-in software. Wich recognizes the card change and automatically signs you up with your newly issued card, and continues then to exploit money from you. At your bank, when you get a new card issued be sure to opt-out of updating your banking card/info with Badoo.

At the beginning of my subscription to Badoo, I opted out from auto renewals but my membership was auto renewed last month. I again opted to not to be auto renewed but today I have been auto charged again. If you are cancelling auto renewal, make sure to check your junk mail. Their confirmation for cancellation is going to junk mail (On purpose?) and it gets deleted automatically leaving you without a proof.

There is zero matching system and, therefore, I've had zero dates. They also make it MANDATORY that you willingly take a mugshot for the site (it doesn't kick in right away so at first it seems like you are able to have some privacy). They also use a ranking system with a fun little meter that tells you when you are unpopular to emotionally manipulate you into scrolling. It prompts you to make a purchase every 3-4 minutes and 75% of the app is totally unusable without the supplementary purchases (so they have a credit card to go with your face, phone number, and linked social media). The site is also ridiculously racially biased - I live in a metropolitan area and there is no WAY that 90% of the population around me is white, like the app implies. Lastly, this one is just personal, literally every male the site has put in front of me looks like one of those guys you don't trust to watch your drink (if you know what I mean). All around, just dont. Would not reccomend: OkCupud is WAY better.

We do make it mandatory to upload a photo to verify that it is really you. This is not seen by anyone but makes our community a safer one to be a part of.
We would hate for you to think we are emotionally manipulating with the ranking system. This is actually put in so you can observe the movement on your profile and for no other reason. We apologise if this has caused you offence.

For the racial aspect of it, we do not discriminate against anyone. Not for the colour of skin, religion, orientation, gender, nothing. This is actually what we are most proud about. Badoo is very popular in many countries where there may not be a white person. We are global and would never dare to select a certain type of person. I am also a person of colour and know a lot of my colleagues are too. It is highly doubtful that we would discriminate against this. Been with this site for a while and like most have ok vibes buy never really had a great view of this site. Seems to have some of the near or close by but only lists a few of the ones closer around rather have those that pop up over 200 km away

My identity has been stolen and used on this app 3 times with no help from Badoo. How is the verification process of any use when this has happened THREE TIMES? If you can't protect any of your users, how can you claim the 'honest dating' tagline? I want someone to contact me about my identity being used on your app WITHOUT my permission and there being zero policies in place to ensure this doesn't happen.

I set up a account a few days ago I ran out of chats so I purchased some more credits, the day after that my account was blocked by badoo stating they have had reports I have been breaking their terms and conditions, as this was a shock I contacted badoo for a response about this as to what I have allegedly done I know I haven't had any issues with anyone I have spoken to on there and I haven't sent any images at all nor do I have any inappropriate images on my profile.
When they did get back it was a generic message saying the same thing as when I discovered the account was blocked.
I also asked about the refund for the extra chats they said because I broke the terms I cannot have one. Now one of my concerns is they have not said what it is I have done I only had the account for a few days and it being blocked out of blue a day or so after I pay for extras seems fishy and now not being able to be sure if the subscription is cancelled feels like I have been done over this company needs to not exist it is 100% stealing from customers and when you ask for some answers they ignore you I will be seeking legal advice about this but for the people seeing this stay away it's a scam.

Extremely disappointed with the service. I entered their trial period and put in my card details. After it expired they charged EUR 43.99 from my bank account and then claimed that my subscription will expire in 3 months. According to the terms and pricing advertised on the app their 3 month subscription costs EUR23.99. I emailed the support team and the agent continued to copy paste the same answer to every one of my replies claiming that their subscription price is in face VARIABLE. This is fraudulent and charges are not explicitly stated. In fact none of their subscription services costs 43.99. They will steal money from your account!
Unless the support team refunds this money immediately to me I will continue to post this review to every possible website available, social media, news, the European protection agency and google play store.
I will also ring my bank on Monday to report them and block future transactions.

Answer: 99% are fake! When you engage with Badoo you expose yourself to fraud and rip off. Their "job" consists of making up fake profiles with stolen photos and reeling in gullible people. If you want dates and relationship, you may want to try http://J4Love.net This site has helped me and a friend of mine to meet many lovely women. My friend got married to one of them. I'm still undecided, but the site works. Don't waste your money on Badoo. What they do is try to get your money without providing any real service. You pay for talking with bots. You are buried in auto-generated messages and there are no real people willing to meet.

To verify a photo you need to copy the gesture in the photo, if this is not done we are unable to verify it as you! Our moderators work 24/7 to remove any fake profile from our app as well as our systems that report anything suspicious. We think it's sad that you found there to be undesirable women on our app. We will never think single moms are undesirable ( these women are some of the strongest in the world) and we believe everybody deserves a chance, and that there is somebody out there for everybody.
