You can't do anything without paying a huge amount over time... just to chat... or you pay to be at the top! You must pay to be more visible... it has zero compatibility algorithms, but the more you pay, the more people see your profile. Total scam.

They have been taking weekly payments since 12th April all the way to 29th may without my consent. I have all renewals off on badoo and my phone yet they're still taking payment through iPhone. Complained and they couldn't even answer what I was disputing about. Bloody useless and telling me the matter is closed. I DONT THINK SO

My account have been blocked because someone reported me I no who it was some man messaged me asking for sex and I said I rather $#*! in my hands and clap and he said I was ugly and horrible and I said if he was the last man on earth I did go lesbian. Badoo doesn't care about sexual harassment the amount of times I have had to tell dirty slam bag men off. Definitely a mans world in badoo woman have no say on badoo absolutely disgusting the way I have been treated if there was a zero star I would have given that. I haven't got the message from the exact person but I no who it was, I have attached picture of the kind of messages I receive all the time.

I am white female and I indicated in my profile that I only want to date educated ( like myself) white ( like myself) males. Soon this joke website for blacks and jobless blocked me, probably because some jobless hispanoes instead of getting a job and education were sitting and complaining. I don't regret leaving that website because it was complete waste of time, for few months I've been there I have received thousands of e-mails and alsmot all of them were from latinos with kids ( appereantly show their level of family values) - seriously about 99% of latinos were uneducated and had kids, yet wanted to date white educated supermodels. I don't know what kind of women are there ( probably none already since I was litereally bombarded with the messages from all those males, but site is complete garbage. You can register there only if you want to date broke uneducated people.

All u have to do is reject someone online and they can report u and Badoo will block u... I stated on my profile I wanted no gay men hitting me up I'm a female I do not want a man that sucks pole to nasty...

I matched with somebody and then they went silent for days after we talked for about 2 days. I sent them a message saying that I felt they had wasted my time and that I was no longer interested. They then reported me and I was banned within 5 minutes. That and the fact that I had REFUSED to continue using PREMIUM seems to be enough for them to ban me.

The people who run this are SCUM!

Well someone that was outside of my selected preferences reported me for hate speech after I told them I wasn't interested. Badoo gave me a yellow warning, I messaged badoo and complained they then banned me out of spite. They refuse to unban me. Found me guilty and blocked me just because they can, they are tyrants.

It's everyone's human right to have the sexual preferences they pick. If I or anyone else want only females then it's only right to expect only females and vice versa. Etc etc
Under their own terms and conditions it says about impersonating a person in with the intent to deceive and confuse others is not allowed, so block the person that was wrongly listed as something they aren't.
If they wish to pretend to be a robot martian cat dog what ever they can but I won't be forced to play along with a false delusion. As badoo says it's honest dating, be yourself etc etc all lies it seems, you can't be honest or yourself because you get banned

There was a 3-day free trial in December 2020, in order to take advantage of it I had to enter my credit card details. Right after that, I removed the credit card from my profile, as I wasn't planning to use the service for more than 3 days. After 3-days I was charged the Premium fee of 42.99 EUR. They took the money without my consent. Whatever their ToS says, they lied about one fact, they stored my credit card information in their database AFTER I removed it.

Customer service replied to me with this, Feedback, ID *******:

Customer service just gave me a canned reply. Certainly, I made the mistake of not formally cancelling the service after 3 days, but what I did, seemed sufficient enough for me, I removed my credit card details from the service, yet they still charged me, instead of sending a reminding e-mail about "Payment not available". Really, not expected behavior that easily borders with thievery.

Badoo makes claims that they can't match up to. Here are the problems that I ran into:

1). Upon signing up I was force to include my exact place of residence. This doesn't allow for much privacy if you live in a small town or village.

I don't see anything wrong with allowing for a general area; I. E. Metropolitan or Metroplex.

2). Even though you put a specific distance for searches and being seen or other people searching you, it does not work.

I don't won't to be contacted by people in the Philippines and Hong Kong. I don't want to be contacted by anyone beyond 200 miles.

3). Even though you outline the specifics of who you want to see and be seen from; you still get everything out there.

Matter a fact, I haven't seen one person on this app that I would be excited about meeting.

3). Badoo customer service is non-existing. I have contacted them four times in a weeks' time and haven't heard back from them yet.

And one last thing; I gave them one star only because there is no zero star.

I decided to purchase some coins for 8.99 for a little bit of fun on the badoo app... only to find not only did badoo take the 8.99 but charged my card for a full years premium membership. I have requested a refund but have had no response. This is definitely fraudulent internet activity of the highest caliber. I sincerely hope that this will be resolved or I will be reporting fraud via my bank.

I made a purchase for 1 week premium using my debit card and then 2 minutes later Badoo took an unauthorised payment for 40 euros. Do not give them your card/bank details under any circumstances or they will steal money from you. Banks should block this company as they are just scammers stealing money. Disgraceful.

Crappy app that blocks users from accessing the app after suspicion of violating community guidelines without conducting a proper investigation!

Someone out of hate just reported my account as fake when it's my first and middle name which I can prove and I can prove my emails and my pictures of me and my damn cats! Well after just getting blocked I'll never ever use Badoo they don't even checked into things to see if it even is fake wow thank god I never ever paid this whole time I used it for I think two yrs almost now! Well I'll go to use now other dating sites I am done with Badoo the fact they believe a liar not check into things wow!

I identify as female. My photo's kept being rejected. I emailed support to help change my gender identity on the app. They said it was changed, but my photos kept getting rejected. Then my photos appeared again but my gender was change back to male. And so on and so forth. And the custome support people? RUDE AND SARCASTIC. At least Tinder is inclusive and you don't get rejected and have to fight because of your gender identity. Basically, if you "look like a man" Badoo will reject your photos and not allow you to change your identity to female.

I opt-in for badoo 1 day premium and didnt notice the auto-renewal of this premium- this is my fault. When I realize that they are charging my automatically per each day continuosly I went to settings and scroll down to the Payment Settings section and click on Unsubscribe. To my suprise the payments per each day continued. This really bumbed me and I decide to cancel my badoo account all together (as I still didnt use it very often). To my suprise a week later after I canceled my badoo account- thus I didnt have access to Badoo at all- I find out that the payment every day still continue! Even week after i canceled my account I am still being charged per day as I was using my account and badooo premium would be renewed each day. I tried to reach to badoo support team- but they only replied very generic email- reassuring me that I have no longer active account and I have no subscription active- But still payment each day is charged. To sum up, one thing is to have "hidden" fact about renewal of premium service- second is to continue to charge user even after he cancel subscription and cancel his account all together. No luck so long- I am still being charged as I would using badoo premium... Dont use badoo premium.

I bought a day of premium for 2 euros via ideal and they tried to charge me 40 right afterwards via direct debit. That failed tho, i am so lucky i have a bank-account for internet purchages: i literally transfered 2 euro just to pay Badoo: D

I did notify my bank about this practice and i surely hope my bank will take this into account for future transactions between their customers and Badoo.

If you're worried about Badoo you are right, you should be cause they're scammers.

These people are crooks. They still charged my card almost $70 after I canceled my trial. I never used the service because most of the accounts on there are spammers aka cam girls and it is a waste of money. They refused to refund my money even though I cancelled the day after I signed up.
