Could you do a better and proper investigate and review for my my account as I did 4 accounts and been blocked without any consideration. I understand the guidelines and and terms/condition and I am aware that I had never violated the rules. You can check all the conversation and check it your self. I would suggest if someone has been reported you have to investigate thoroughly not blocked straight away. It's not fair and unprofessional. My account verified and photos are genuine.

I would greatly appreciate if you could provide the details for your decision blocking my account with a good reasons. As far as I aware this apps to make friends and connect to the community. It's very frustrating and I can see I'm not the only person who had a complaint about it. Pls make it right!

It's not in their best interest to let you meet people, so they just filled their site with fakes and bots. There is nothing to do there with 5% chance of getting a reply from presumably real women. It's not a normal and legit working site - they use stolen identities and fake profiles to entice you to pay for membership. By the way, I was foolish enough to top up my profile on Badoo, it didn't change anything ( except of the thickness of my wallet). The bottom line is: don't get engaged with Badoo, it's not worth the money and the time!

I signed up to try for a day and decided it was nothing but waste of time. Tried to delete the next day and there is an OLD email set up I did not link, a password I never set (logged in with Facebook and set up) and I am not able to delete this account. I feel this is done deliberately by this company so people cannot delete their accounts. I was never sent a password reset to the phone number I provided. Feel like I am being scammed at this point. Be very careful if you put your credit card # in (I would never for this kind of reason) but I imagine you'd be scammed out of your money by this company too.

I have friends that use this site that are very close but their Profiles do not show up

This is the worst site ever it is not a honest app as they claim it is full of vulgar pics videos creeps and guys that get your number and hound you they blocked me after being "popular" but yet they said I was promoting hate and soliciting! I wasn't even on then I stayed on an hour and had enough might as well be skip the games I was banned mysteriously someone said I was spreading hate speech after not upgrading and worst of all they don't tell you why say they cant

My recommendation for people like myself on Badoo is, avoid Badoo from wasting time, money and save head from headache! Full of scammers fake profiles there's no thing interesting to keep me there anymore, enough is enough!

SCAMMERS They charged me for lifetime subscription. I wanted to pay for a day access. Now they refuse to give me my money back, they state that I authorised a one click payment by entering my details. Yes, but I wanted a one click payment for a day access. And the amount is non refundable. Be very careful with them, they are a scamming company They know what they are doing. Just read reviews of others
Just imagine, you enter your details into company's website to purchase one thing, you check that you are purchasing that exact thing before making an actual purchase, however later on you see that they charged you for the most expensive thing that you had no intention of buying
They refuse to give you money
Make sure you don't give them any of your details

I hate this app! It costs so much money! It costs like 200 credits to say to someone that doesn't even reply back! You always have to top up your credits to initiate the conversations! It's a huge scam and a waste of time and money! Stay away!

All u see is New girl profil all the time that 99 % of them are made by badoo. They also delete them fast. U have message that someone want to chat but it been sent by badoo while the girl didnt even knowing it. Just pure chit product. People that work there should be a shame becaus ur salary been pay with the money u stole from people beleiving this chit.

Okay so explain this, I don't use badoo just check it now and then but I don't talk to no one at all! And recently I got banned. So it's either you guys have cocked up. You're banning me cause I'm not paying for your premium or someone has reported me and you guys wanted to banned me. Like I'd love to know why I've been banned cause I don't talk to anyone and had no inappropriate images.

I remember when I had first joined Badoo after going on an off tinder premium for a long time.
Originally Badoo gave you hundreds of free swipes per day
Now as it has become popular I'm not sure if you even get 50!
And the price is outrageous! I can't imagine anyone paying that much for it tbh.
I have met nice people on there and had relationships, but for such a basic site/app it should not cost that much at all and should give you at least 100 swipes per 12 hours tbh.
And sometimes I watch adds to send someone a crush and somehow it says "you've used up all of your swipes" as if sending someone a crush without paying acts your swipes aswell? They will still earn money from the advert so I don't see why this is an issue?
It is just money grabbing trash like all of the other apps

I've been on Badoo for about 2 years but recently when I tried to unlock premium I got charged but never received it. I'm very disappointed because they make it so hard to contact them through normal procedures like email or text. Everywhere I looked online just directed me to other websites or more BS. This is the reason I avoided other websites but now it seems to be a general practice with all these websites, like the read charge just to see if someone is actually reading your text. I guess it doesn't matter anymore that there are people really trying to connect, they just want there euros/dollars. I'm not sad about losing my €2.10 but I will be reporting them to the proper authorities for a scam as it apparently happens more often than not. The End.

I bought a life long premium subscription last december. Today got blocked. I expressed my anger for 2 thai women who pretend beeing in Switzerland but actually live only in Thailand and do not speak any English. And there is no way to contact badoo. Stay away from this company. Never again. Only stupid abd low life creatures on this platform. NEVER AGAIN. Do NOT send them ever any Money. Very rude firm.

This app will not let you delete your account and goes against the TOS for both the Apple and Andriod app stores.

Once you see you want to delete your account the first few moments after you open it, there is no "delete" option. You have to go through their support team, who then aks you to send them sensitive information about yourself, like your government id, in order to "make sure" that it's really you trying to delete it.

The other option is to send them the date + time of when you registered your account, and even when you screenshot the email verification with the time + date attached they state that it "does not match their records". They really want as much sensitive information + data from you as possible

STAY AWAY AND REPORT THEM TO AS MANY PEOPLE AS YOU CAN

Long story short, I was given a yellow warning which later turned into a full ban after I complained. I was given this for supposed "hate speech" which by any legal uk definition it most certainly was NOT hate speech! I simple told someone that was not in my selected consented preferences that I was not interested in Martians and said sorry to them.
I do not hate anyone, and never use hate speech, but for the lying incompetent so called moderators at badoo, well I don't like you at all! I used the app for years without issue, I never caused a problem ever.

I followed all their rules, read them fully. Date honestly, be yourself speak the unfiltered truth, badoo say, which is horse manure obviously. Fascist bigoted power tripping idiots.

The person that reported me was impersonating a person with the intent to confuse and deceive others, so you gave the ban to the wrong person. They refuse to do anything about it. The decision is final lol

They really hate disabled people I think. Will need to keep a close eye on them in case they start building camps and ovens.
