I am very pleased with the product and service I have received so far with Back Market! It was easy to buy my 'new' iPhone, the delivery was faster than I could hope for, and the phone is working well. If there is a problem, then I am hoping that service will be as excellent as what I have already experienced.

The whole process was a blast! Easy to follow and track my order.And don't even get me started on the price. This whole experience was a big W for me and highly recommend this website. This WONT be my last order with them.

I have bought a few things from Backmarket and referred friends and family, I wish I hadn't. All of the phones I bought went bad. Issues with the cellular radios going out etc. On the first phone I was just outside the warranty and chalked that up to a loss, (my bad). When contacting backmarket about second phone within a couple months of purchase, I was persuaded to return the phone in order to initiate a refund.

Once I contacted them with proof of return, they started making excuses that they could see the phone was returned but were unable to refund me directly and that I would need to dispute the charge via paypal. Needless to say a dispute with paypal never went anywhere because I was strung along beyond my ability to request and dispute the purchase. I am out more than $200 with nothing to show except a lot of wasted time!

I felt cheated and would urge anyone considering backmarket to look elsewhere. This company is unethical and does not stand behind the marketing and claims made.

Ordered a "mint" iPhone X opting for refurbished unlocked rather than tie in to another 2 year extortionate contract. The service offered by Back Market has, thus far, been very good keeping me updated with progress and actual sellers details.
The phone arrived yesterday within the timescales they set out so no worries there. Obviously it did not arrive in a Apple box so I was a little nervous but to my joy wrapped in bubble wrap was the phone ordered with no evidence of any damage or other unwanted issues. Up to this point, I have experienced no problems with the phone in any way.
Having read the reviews fully, both good and I would recommend using Back Market and will do so myself in the future.

I have bought multiple products from backmarket and they have yet to disappoint, everything from response time to great deals they have perfected the art of refurb!

When I was looking to buy a used iPad I kept getting Back Market as the top option and I immediately assumed scam, but the deals were so good I finally decided to look into them and I am so glad I did. I got an amazing deal, at least $100 less than other reputable sites, plus a one year warranty and 30 days to return. I will definitely purchase from them again.

I just wanted too state that the unit is working wonderfully! I am convinced that units can be refurbished and still perform like New! So Thanks for a great purchase!

Excellent customer service too! I was nervous making a purchase for a great IPhone 8 with a tone of storage for just under 200.00. I'm thinking. I hope that this phone works. Then they asked me to give them my address again. I'm like. I already did that but. Ok. Please, I hope that you are a good company and please ease my mind. And someone replied back to me instantly, and was very nice. Also told me about when I would expect to receive my phone. Honestly, no one ever knows when it comes to shipping but, the package arrived very close to the day that was told to me. My phone. Is STUNNING. It works perfect. I already read the reviews and to expect the battery to need charged every day. No prob! It runs nice and smooth. No scratches or dents or cracks. Just a beautiful phone. I called 1800myApple the day I got it and they helped me set it up with my iCloud, it all checks out! And waaay better that fair condition. Seriously! Thank you. I'll be back! My grand daughter will need her first phone and I know where I'm coming to get it! Here! Not the other companies that charge twice the amount! I'm very grateful!

I ordered an iPhone XR as a gift to my kid brother. I wasn't really expecting much as it was a refurbished phone but when I received it I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the phone in mint condition, it was a total steal. I ordered more from the site (Fitbit and Vizio soundbar). Great customer service and gives you up to date info about where and what is going on with what you ordered.

This is my order from Tuesday 6th April 2021... allegedly 48 hr delivery... which my son ordered and has got email confirmation and money left account Tuesday night... it's now Monday 12th April and as you can see no update since Wednesday 7th... left a review on trust pilot and backmarket, it was the only way to be able to contact them, then they denied having an order and said i should contact backmarket directly... which i am doing on email and going around in circles... now I am trying to get a refund and it's proving just as bad

Absolutely shocking... avoid buying from this site

I do not recommend you buy anything from Wireless Boss. I ordered this phone from them on Mar 24th. The first phone came on the 29th. The quality rating was "good" which meant no scratches on the screen. The screen had many scathes./scuffs and one crack. Had to send this one back so they emailed me a USPS tag, went to the post office and it took 5 business days for them to get it back. I got a message saying that they are sending me another phone but that this one, and I quote - "I am happy to inform you that your replacement order has been carefully picked, packed and shipped in very good condition." Well, that is a flat out lie. The second phone that I received yesterday (Apr 9th) was as bad as the first one. The screen is all scratched/scuffed/scraped up. So I am sending this one back as well. One time is a mistake, two times is incompetence or worse. This is part of the response I got from their customer service. "Please note that Back Market is in the process of changing the grades and updating descriptions and our Shipping Department is still having a hard time transitioning and differentiating the new grades." The grading system is very easy. Good means no scratches on the screen. You look at the screen and if you see scratches, its not "good". I am now being told that they do not have any phones in "good" condition, yet this exact same phone is for sale on their web site. So if you are going to buy this phone and think it is in "good" condition, I hope you are either blind or have very low standards because the phone will not be in good condition - per Wireless Boss - "I reached out the Inventory Department to see if we can provide you with a replacement device in Excellent condition, however, this grade is no longer available at this time. " If I could give Wireless boss a negative rating I would so so, unfortunately, one star is as low as the rating goes. I am not sure if this company is a scam, crooked or just massively incompetent but if I were you and looking at this phone, I would take a hard pass.

I've ordered three phones from backmarket. The first was a perfect phone. The second was not compatible with my provider and I was able to send it back and I received my refund quickly. I ordered another phone and it is great! Quick responders. Fast shipment. Packing was perfect. I love Back Market and will continue ordering from them!

I am not super impressed with back market or maybe the seller I purchased from. Not very helpful in their messages and the iPhone I ordered was not actually working for the provider it specially said it would work for. A big headache for me and the person I gifted the phone to.

My Magic Mouse 2 was delayed because my computer autofilled my delivery address incorrectly. The delivery service sent it back. I contacted Back Market and they sent out another mouse before the first one even got back to them. It is in excellent condition and I can't tell it's refurbished. Great service, great product.

I ordered a refurbished iphone 8 plus in "very good" condition, and that's just what I got. It looked just like a new phone, and works fine. I simply inserted the sim card from my old phone, restored data from the old phone's backup, and I was in business. I haven't had the phone long enough to assess its battery condition, but it appears to be adequately holding its charge. This phone was well worth the price we paid.

Phone was exactly as described. Works great, has a few scratches on sides of the metal case, which I won't see as soon as I put a cover on. It arrived quickly, was packaged carefully and had a new charger with it. It was simple to set up, and the Back Market people were very attentive in letting me know the tracking number and delivery progress and then checking to make sure I was happy or if I needed any help. I can't see any advantage to buying a new phone these days. This is just fine for everything.
