I Ordered the phone on 11/14/22. They took the money the same day. They shipped the phone case within two days. The Samsung S21 Ultra phone was never shipped. The Warehouse does not respond to their Sales. So I cannot get an answer after 1 1/2 weeks. Why don't they ship a replacement is the question. I requested a Refund and the return of the phone case. I don't know how long I will receive a response or my $530 REFUND. Whey do they advertise the sales of an item if they can't ship it. They just want to tie up your money.

I can't work out where they are based. But a total con will send you a phone and then blame the seller. When you think that you are buying a phone direct. A TOTAL CON. AVOID

As a valued customer I am with backmarket they have my trust when it comes to purchasing refurbished I just recently received my order I made with them as always my device condition was excellent no scratches on the screen or the phone body itself my device I gotten from them was the galaxy s22 ultra I wasn't quite ready to get the newest one so I went with last year model and I'm far beyond happy with my purchase one again backmarket always deliver when it comes to quality refurbished devices anyone reading the review I highly recommend backmarket if you're In the market for refurbished devices not only was the devices condition great so was the price range

Do not purchase anything from this company! I purchased a refurbished Iphone 11 at the start of September and it's given me nothing but trouble. The screen cracked after a minor incident about 2 weeks after I received it and I had to spend over £100 getting it fixed. Since then I've taken it into a repair shop 3 times as the phone has just switched itself off and won't turn on again. It's currently in the repair shop AGAIN! It's been an incredibly stressful time and cost me over £250 in addition to the original £320 I paid for the phone. I have a toddler and a busy job which requires a phone. I've been left in several situations with no phone which is very worrying with a small child. I have contacted backmarket and asked for support but they've told me there's nothing they can do. I find this totally unacceptable and upsetting. Backmarket shouldn't be allowed to exisit - it's caused me nothing but stress, worry, upset and a lot of money.

I Love my Note 9. It Works great, everything works fine the phone even looks better than expected. Delivery was a day later than I would've liked but its ok. Everything worked out in the end.

On 9/16/2022 I purchased iPhone SE 2022 128GB this low life seller by name of Breed was advertising this for$179.98. When I got my invoice from this seller, I found out he sent me an iPhone SE 2020. I called customer service back market. And informed them that this was fake advertising and I demanded that this seller Breed send me the correct phone he was advertising. This seller Refused to honor his merchandise that he Advertise. He will only give me a refund if I return it. Not the right phone that i should had receive.This is misleading, fake advertising and fraud by the Seller and Back Market.
I'm sure I'm not the only victim of this company! I'm sure that all these good reviews are all made up with fake names.
I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and other state agencies To let them know there unethical Practices They use.
Save your money, and your aggravation avoid them at all cost!

I was looking for a used lenovo laptop, I specifically wanted something with a Core i7 processor and touchscreen capabilities. I found one that was almost exactly what I was looking for, yet when I ordered it and finally got it, it was not at all what was advertised. I received a non-touchscreen laptop with a Core i5 processor that didn't even fully match the photos on the website. I'm fairly certain that I received the 2015 version of the laptop when it advertised being the 2019 version. I sent it back and ordered a different one that was slightly more expensive, yet I somehow got almost the exact same product once again, with the wrong processor. Not very flattered by the website honestly. I turned to Amazon and found exactly what I was looking for at a better deal and I actually received what I ordered.

Years back I purchased an iPhone that IS still in great condition! I was able to pass down the iPhone to my nephew when I upgraded, thanks to backmarket I got what I paid for and happy with my purchase. Will be sure to spread the word about this kneat website

Do not trust the Backmarket warranty!

Bought an iPhone last year. FaceID stopped working…still in warranty period so sent it back. Original seller initially claimed it was damaged on receipt. They then said it was water damaged and sent a photo showing a large blob of water sitting on the screen ribbon. If the phone had been immersed in water then it would not just be the faceID that stopped working. And how convenient for the water to be in such an accessible place rather than in the depths of the phone around the battery or other components. I am certain that it was deliberately placed there. If you are considering buying a phone from these people beware that they specifically state that because they open the phones when they refurbish them, they cannot guarantee that they are waterproof. This makes it very easy for them to claim water damage and therefore void the warranty.

Phone has now been returned un-repaired and I am considering taking Backmarket to the small claims court to get my money back. Absolute fraudsters.

Buying from Back Market was the best decision I've made. Quick shipping, couldn't even tell that the MacBook was renewed! Will definitely but from them again! Thank you for such an amazing experience!

Purchased a device through Back Market (Express Gadgets Ltd.). After receiving device it met the Fair condition as described (dents and scratches). After logging in to device a clear hairline crack can be found in the screen. Device returned to Back Market (Express Gadgets Ltd.) and was informed no repair or refund can be given as it was the customer (me!) who did this. I have now raised a claim through the small claims process and asked for a chargeback from my bank. Absolutely avoid this bunch, fraud.

Over a period of a couple of months, I have purchased an iPhone 12, AirPods, a magnetic cellphone charger, Google Pixel 6 Pro, a Sony PlayStation 5 DualSense, and an Acer 27-inch Monitor 1920 x 1080 FHD (Predator XB273K), all from Back Market. Every item was "as" new, some I purchased in "good" quality instead of "excellent" but I was thrilled with everything. Their delivery was quick. I was updated about the progress of the delivery all the time.The goods were well packaged, and they answered questions if I had any. I highly recommend Back Market and am already planning a Christmas present for hubby.

Never had any problems with them and I've purchased and sold to them. Been paid fairly for devices sold and items purchased matched quality listed.

My wife bought me an S20 from Backmarket. Initially I was impressed with the state of the phone until I realized that some the functionality was locked. I couldn't do any data transference from my old phone.

We struggle to contact customer support which wasn't helpful at all. They explain that I need to get permission from my company to do a data transfer. I explain that this was a personal phone and that all their instructions made no sense to me. After a couple of days we finally get a response to just send it back for a refund or exchange. I still needed a new phone so we went against our better judgement and requested an exchange and made this clear multiple times. After several days of no communication, my wife gets an email saying that her money had been refunded for her "Mac" device.

The whole experience was frustrating and the customer service was a complete joke. Just an annoying waste of time and I'm still shopping for a new phone.

I'm thrilled with the price and the quality of my purchase. I can not tell this isn't a new phone. It looks perfect even though I purchased one that said fair condition. It's fast and the battery lasts all day. It arrived before the estimated delivery date. The website has a sense of humor that makes you feel like your dealing with a friend or family member. Oh and it's helping the environment.

The entire process was wonderful, I bought a phone for my friend and one for my mom... Both came in a few days(2 and 4). Both iphones were in great condition. I ended up using customer service, and I was impressed at the speed at which they responded and assessed my situation. There is literally no reason not to buy refurbished from back market, it's cheaper and helps the environment, like? It's literally a no brainer. Happy with my purchases, saved hundreds, never buying new again. (You get pics of my friends phone because my mom took hers on a trip so no pics... But that one is also in great condition! Lol)

I have been buying from BackMarket over three years. Probably a dozen devices, and if there is ever a problem, the seller gives excellent satisfaction (with one small exception concerning a power supply). I will keep buying from them as the quality and service are quite good.

My Samsung S20 5G in a very good condition is actually in a perfect condition, works great and it arrived right on time. I love it! I recommend!
