Terrible experience, I bought an Iphone12(500€) in good condition according to its website, after 3 weeks it stops working, I send it to be looked at and they tell me that there is water inside and that the guarantee does not respond.
They send me some photos and I am stunned, speechless. In my hands that mobile had not even touched the water. I feel cheated! And from what I see there is not much revision in the devices.
They don't want to return my money and they tell me to fix my mobile, to ask for a quote from a trusted place of mine. It's a joke?! Embarrassing, I do not recommend it to anyone!

Right now filing complaints and everything I can.

I just purchased my second refurbished phone and case from Black Market and they have both been like new, and worked perfectly! I have found them to be very dependable!

I purchased this phone for my daughter and she loved it. She had no problem connecting the phone with her service provider and was ready to use it right out of the box. This is the third phone I purchased through Back Market and we have been satisfied each time.

I have already ordered two products from back market and have not been disappointed. I ordered an iMac and an iPad air. On both orders shipping was prompt. Customer service was exceptional and both products arrived exactly as advertised! You cannot go wrong using back market!

I've made 3 purchases with Back Market this far and each has been great. Each item arrived in great condition, most times in better condition than described. Great value for my money.

I have purchased two refurbished iPhones and a monitor from this company. The condition of the products was as described; the shipping was fast (enough); and I never had trouble with any of the products. That said, I cannot rightly rate their customer service.

I bought a phone here to replace the one I had that was having motherboard issues. When I got the phone it hadn't fixed the problem so I was working with my network to figure out the issue. Had it for around 12 days when the screen broke. I still don't know what happened as I had set it down and when I returned it was cracked. I guess something fell on it. I tried to see if there was anything that could be done as it was still within the 30 day return window and there was a year warranty. Let me tell you, it was IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of people here. I did the "convo with seller" that they told me to do, which had then been two days since I first sent the request. So I tried to contact the main site to see about how to poke them for a response and not only do they not have an email or phone number, EVERY request tells you to just contact the seller except for "insurance" so I kept sending messages with that as a request. When I explained the entire situation and asked how to get a response from the seller, BlackMarket responded to let me know that the best way to deal with a damaged phone was to contact the seller, and here's how to do that. So very clearly only read the beginning of my situation. There was no way to respond to that message so I sent ANOTHER "insurance" request to say that I knew that that's what I was supposed to do, but they weren't responding. They responded with that to tell me that sometimes it takes a bit to respond and to let them know if it takes more than 24 hours. Now, if they read my first message they would know it's been more than 24 hours. And in both I put my order number so they could have looked it up and SEEN that it was over 24 hours. So I sent an "insurance" request AGAIN because even though I was told to contact them, that's still the only way I can, to tell them that it's been 2 days. They finally told me that a broken screen isn't covered under the Black Market warranty, which I knew. I wanted to know the SELLER's warranty info as they say they have an independent one. I'm still waiting for a response, am without a phone, and have enjoyed absolutely NONE of my time with this site.

From placing my order to receiving it, everything was great. Description stated iPad was in "good" condition, but I would consider it "excellent" or "like new" condition. Completely satisfied.

Speaking with anyone or guarantee on returns is unfortunately not a possibility so just be sure you need what you order. I am responsible for ordering the machine & although I'd prefer to return it the ambiguity and vague communication makes me weary so I will just keep the device in order not to risk losing my $$ and the computer. Otherwise it's a good space although any changes are virtually impossible so just be sure

My Iphone SE 2nd Gen came just as described and honestly feels and works like new! I've had it for almost a month now and have experienced no issues whatsoever. It also came with a heavy duty screen protector!

The lenovo yoga 6 I received was in excellent condition for a ratting of "good" everything works as it should.

As a micro Business I needed a tablet to ahow my clients pictures big enough for them to actually see. You made it affordable. So thanks.

Clean website/ app, everything is guaranteed. I needed a new phone asap for cheap, and i wasn't disappointed with my refurbished device. One mans trash is another mans treasure, and back market proves this!

Purchased a Samsung Galaxy Flip4 a few weeks ago and so far I have been very happy with my purchase. Phone condition was excellent as indicated and I haven't had a single problem with the phone. I highly recommend Back Market.

First of all, Back Market's website is modern and efficient. Everything is straightforward and what you see is what you get. Secondly, what you get is GREAT. I have purchased several products -smart watch, phone, soundbar, routers- and everything arrived quickly and in excellent condition. On one occasion I needed to return something and the process was easy and with no hidden nonsense. It's wonderful to get excellent products at a great price while using what has already been created. HIGHEST recommendations!

I hate to say it, but I bought a galaxy a32 5g and it was suppose to be unlocked but it wasn't,, but I believe that was just a honest mistake cause I bought my daughter a phone and she had no issues getting it turned on with Boost Mobile and I suggested to my friends this company and both of them had no issues with laptop are phone. So I gotta say I will still shop on back market cause I believe my phone was just a honest mistake. I just couldn't wait for another one cause my phone was messed up,, by I did send it back and just awaiting a refund, but I will definitely shop again and again cause I know they cheaper and Legit

I developed a small green dot on the phone front screen a few weeks after receiving the phone. The green dot is growing so I decided to contact Back Market. After a few conversations back and forth they stated the phone was dropped and they would not cover the replacement. My phone was never dropped and has no physical damage to it. The screen is perfect except for the growing green dot. How can Back Market say it damaged by dropping without seeing it? I even sent them pictures showing the phone has no damage. This BS and just their way out of replacing the phone. At least they should of had me ship the phone back for inspection. DO NOT BUY FROM BACK MARKET. They do not stand behind what they sell...

Purchased a i phone 11 256 GB in excellent condition - phone looks to have a new screen battery health is 100%
There is some scuffs on the side rails but who's looking there's a case on the phone.
