They charge 29 dollars for a bunch of crap you can get on aliexpress or wish for 5 dollars. Customer service is appalling and they don't care, they just want your money. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Now this has been the most frustrating company ever. This company does not deserve any stars and to make it worst you don't get a free box because you have to buy somthing and pay shipping. I had ordered my first babe box 1 month and 10 days ago. I have checked my tracking to find it landed in my country so I rang my post office and asked where it was they could not find it as they had put non tracking as soon as it entered my country. I have been waiting patiently and nothing has came at all. I rang my post office again to find that they could not find it and it has now been lost. I contacted the company immediately to tell them the problem I had and all they did was offer me discounts, said that it was not there fault, said that I had to still pay for the next subscription even through I did not recieve my first one and that there was nothing they could do. I have emailed multiple times and said that's not good enough and I'm not paying for another babe box when I first did not arrive. Now I am so frustrated and angry because they do not read the messages you sent then and keep sending the same one. I have managed to get my money back from my bank and block them. I would not recommend anyone to buy this box at all because after I saw a review after paying for the box the stuff that is inside the box is from AliExpress.

I bought one hair serum from them... about 6 months ago, and it's still not here. And they won't give me a refund. They don't give any refunds after 14 days, even if it's their fault.

Their customer service is so unprofessional. They're cold and dismissive and have no interest in helping you. I've literally been messaging them for the past 4 months and I haven't gotten a single response that indicates they give the slightest crap about the problem. I'm finding people who have also been ripped off by them and I will be filing a class action lawsuit. Sick of such unprofessional scam companies relying on customers giving up on their rights.

I have been trying to cancel since my first box. Just junk. Dollar store make up and products.
I have been charged $35.95 twice since cancelling. They "do not accept returns or refund purchases." Have filed with the BBB and am now filing with PayPal to get funds back.
Horrible customer service. Very rude. Everything goes thru Email, no phone.
100% scam that you can not cancel..

When signing up they don't tell you that you have to purchase the second box before you cancel. It's really about $40 for 2 boxes full of cheap makeup. I tried to cancel 10 minutes after the order upon realizing there was a second charge. You have to email them. I've sent 3 emails trying to cancel and they still keep saying I haven't canceled.

I just wanted one babebox and now they won't let me unsubscribe. I've messaged them to unsubscribe multiple times and they answer ambiguously, and then they just tell me i should just hold for three months. They're not trustworthy and some of their stuff makes my skin hurt.

Sent me nothing but crap. The most expensive item was missing and instead gave me a $1 sheet mask. Will not let you cancel easily? There is a small window every month to cancel but they won't tell you exactly when it is. I cancelled my PayPal recurring payment to them because they would not let me cancel.

If I could give less than 1 star I would... My review isn't about the products themselves. This is about my experience with this company. I got my free box back at the beginning of April. When I received the box I wasn't pleased to begin with so I promptly logged into the site and cancelled my subscription, The website also said to avoid being charged for a second month when you've only received your free box make sure to cancel before the 20th of the month prior and send an email to their "babebox" sub email to ensure I wouldn't be charged for the following month. Which I did I cancelled on April 15th. 5 days prior to the date the website recommended. May first rolls around and I don't get charged or received another box, Perfect, since that is what I wanted to happen, after that I thought everything was done and cancelled and taken care of. WRONG! Now June 1st rolls around and they charged me for their subscription box! 29$ plus about 7 for shipping (so much for the whole free shipping thing.) After noticing the charge which i definitely did not authorize or approve I attempted to log in to my account and figure out what happened. I used the same log in info as I did when I cancelled the first time however this time the log in page kept telling me there was no such account. I tried multiple times and even did a "password recovery" and the site said that there is no email associated with them so I cannot do a password recovery. So i go to the main page and create a new account under the same email and password that i just received my "Order confirmation" from You'd think receiving an order confirmation to that email that when I created the account with that email that it would show my "orders" but it didn't it showed nothing, and when I went under "manage subscription" it also showed nothing. So now I've been scammed into another month of this box 2 months after cancelling, and I am without any way to cancel, I have submitted multiple messages through the "contact us" button on the site and have not received any reply. I am incredibly furious with this company and the shady way they do business. They better hope someone contacts me!

I got the subscription service the first box was free they said I could cancel anytime that's not true. I was forced to pay 35.95 for another crappy beauty box from this company be warned false advertising awful products! Pictures look pretty mine but that's not what you get

I got this box because it said first box free. Which we all know nothing's free and when I tried canceling they said I had to buy a box to get the free. Which I understood so I did. Then immediately tried canceling and finally got an email saying its canceled and I wouldn't be charged for may. As may comes I grey emails saying my card was declined I had no funds reason I wanted to cancel. So again told them I want to cancel and was told I couldn't unless it's 14 days before I had to pay. I continuously got emails about my card to which I kept responding I want it to cancel. There's no Number to call and even tried emailing to have a supervisor reach out. Come pay day I went to go buy something card declined. They pulled my money out. And I still haven't got emails back or a phone call or my subscription canceled I'll be putting a stop im my card. The make up isn't even worth the price. If your looking for a good box try fabfitfun. By far my favorite. Only uploaded a couple emails.

They are a great beauty business with lots of great items. I personally tried the Babe box subscription and I wasn't very satisfied with it, but then again everyone is different so please try it for yourself. You may enjoy it more then i did. A babe box subscription is a box you can receive each month with 5-6 full size products

I ordered well over $100 worth of products and they were ALL junk. I ordered in late September 2018 and with a 5-7 business day shipping window, I was planning on having my products by Christmas. When they hadn't even shipped by late November, I contacted Focallure and said I either wanted my products overnighted to me immediately at their cost or that I wanted my money back. Neither happened. They did finally send me my products at the end of December while I was half the country away for two weeks for Christmas. Then, when I got home, I found out I hated everything and couldn't return it because you had to return it within 7 days of receiving it and I was not home.

I contacted Focallure's Customer "Service" (I use that term lightly) and they said, (direct quote from Facebook Messenger) "Hello,
I understand the problem you have face. We cannot change the past, but we assure you we will take care in future.
As an apology, We can offer you a gift card for your next purchase.
Thanks." You can't change the past?! Yes, yes you can. My order was THREE MONTHS late. I hated everything. You could have even given me a PORTION of my money back! No, even for free I would never order from them again.

Also, they falsify their reviews on their website. You will not find negative reviews. I've left several and I've gone back and checked and they're not posted. They only keep good reviews and I suspect even falsify reviews to boost ratings. I think this because the same grammar issues that were evident as I spoke with customer service show up from supposed native English-speakers in reviews. It's fishy to me.

DON'T ORDER FROM FOCALLURE!

The item is out of stock. They refuse to give me my money back. They say my reason is not a solid reason for a refund. They want to give me a credit. I will never shop there again. Why would i want a credit? BEWARE. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM. THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY IF ITEMS ARE OUT OF STOCK.
