I signed up for a free trial box and all I had to pay was $6.95 shipping. The first box showed that it had shipped but I never received it! After contacting them a few times they determined that it was lost. They shipped another box out to me. I was less than thrilled with the contents of the box! My Ipsy box is way better and only costs $10 and I do NOT have to pay shipping! I tried to cancel my subscription but was told that I was required to get at least one full price box before I could cancel the subscription. (The paperwork where I signed up for the FREE box did NOT specify this!) So needless to say they continually tried to Bill my PayPal account, and I tried to make sure that there was never enough money for them to be able to bill me, since they REFUSED to CANCEL my account! They offered percentages off to try another box, and eventually they won! I had enough money in my PayPal account and they charged me $35.95 for another Beauty Box! I'm STILL TRYING TO GET my subscription CANCELED!
NOT IMPRESSED with the PRODUCTS in the box or the CUSTOMER SERVICE! Both are SAD!

I've been buying lots of boxes from different companies and by far you ate the worst, excessive charge, excessive shipping and the products? There's two pens in there that i don't know how to even use. No instructions, in 2 boxes duplicate products, and costumer service not even helpful.
They told they're not duplicate they're "similar" bull they're the same products.
They send chinese mask, Chinese products are not good at all, we are paying for 5-6 full size good products not cheap sftuff. In two boxes I received they got me 2 pre makeup essence, 2 eyeliners, 2 pens i think they are UV nail polish and 2 chinese masks? And the difference between the two boxes were just two products.

I have to admit, I am extremely disappointed in this subscription box. Focallure Babe Box is $37.98/month after taxes & shipping. The first box is "free" but you pay $6.95 for shipping. Purchasing the first box, you commit to the second automatically (which is not explain to you). Purchase the "free box" on july 4th 2019. Was completely unsatisfied. Did not like any of the products they sent me. They were all bad queality products and things no one uses. Emailed them to cancel my subscription cause I didn't like what I received. We emailed back and forth until finally they cancelled my subscription. Still My card was charged $37.98 for the second box even though I explained to them I didn't want the second box cause I wasn't happy with the first box. The products were complete garbage. Also, customer service was awful. You can only communicate thru email and they take forever to respond. I recieved an email explaining the commitment to a second box & confirming that my subscription is in fact cancelled. I emailed them to get a refund on the second box and they only wanted to give me a partial refund for 30% of the cost. Please stay away from this company.

I am giving 3to Focallure for now because I have not received my first Babebox yet so it is hard for me to have an opinion about the products. I like the fact that animals are not used to test them though. The only thing that got me worried at the beginning is that it took a long time for me to get the email confirming that my package was sent out to me. I started thinking that I was never going to get my Babebox nor my money. The email restored my faith. My review should change for the better once I get my Babebox!

Not only did I receiveTHE WORST GARBAGE I HAVE EVER GOT IN ANY SUBSCRIPTION BOX FOR 50.00 Canadian!
They refuse completely to cancel
They sent me about $4 worth of junk as you can see
I will never use these!
They make you fill the same cancellation form over and over until the next billing cycle comes around!
You can threaten legally this company just does not care
My husband had to change all our finances because of this company stealing from me and not sending anything but this one very small package of dollar store junk, no makeup at all as they advertise and your first box soooo is not free! It's $50 CAD

Don't even look at the good reviews theyre more than likely fake. I ordered the first now in which I only had to pay shipping. I was never sent a tracking number. The box arrive a month later... Literally like three days after I ordered the first box they charged me for a second ( a transaction I did not authorize). I emailed multiple times and received one email back telling me to wait 48 hours. And still nothing.( All of this still before I even got my first box) I have to call my bank and report the transaction. I finally got the box and it's full of absolute crap. One item came in no box and has no description on the container so I have no clue what it's even for but it smells terrible. I got a face mask that's in complete Chinese. The other three items look like I could have gotten better make up from the dollar store. I recommend body charm. This place is crap and is just short of being a complete scam

Didn't like this subscription box at all. It isn't individually personalized and needs to be. The same makeup or products dont work for everyone.

DO NOT PURCHASE THE BABEBOX! I made the mistake of using the 'first time special' to purchase a BabeBox. The company failed to deliver the box, and after multiple e-mails saying I had paid for a box that was never delivered, they still refused to let me cancel my subscription until I paid for a second box, this time full-price. AGAIN, the company failed to have the now full-priced box delivered. They are still refused to replace or refund either of the boxes, and instead purposefully get me caught in a circle of having my e-mails being sent from customer rep to customer rep with clearly no sign of a solution. I'm frustrated and down almost $100. This company is a scam and a fraud.
