Ordered dress for wedding. Kept checking tracking number & it never went off label prepared! Contacted customer service to cancel order. They said I couldn't because it had shipped. Tracking number still said label prepared! Customer service did reply quickly on my 4 messages. I ordered 2 sizes larger than normal having had issues with other companies before. Dress didn't fit. You have to pay overseas postage to return & get refund which would have given me $20 out of my $50 order.

Love my pants. They are good quality of cotton. What wrinkles they get look natural. I plan to take them on a trip to Europe. Took longer to get than i thought, but worth it. The pants were true to size.

The clothes I received were way to small and did not correlate with sizes in the USA. Also, the quality of fabric was not of good quality that I am used to seeing in stores.

The clothes was a size smaller than the measurements and did not look like the fit on the model. I requested to return.
Clothes I purchased were too small. Your return policy is absolutely the worst I have ever used. I did get a 30% refund on two items.
The dresses were too tight in the shoulders...which I have never had that in a large dress. My daughter couldn't even wear it. Too hard to send back so gave them away.
Items delivered were not like the pictures. Fabrics are cheap, sizing is wrong. Returns are impossible. Refunds issued with a giftcard are not usable.
