Did not like the material the top was made of. Both tops were XL. One fit fine, the other was too little!

I like the clothing I have received. I've had 2 items I had to send back and was offered a deal if I wanted to keep the shirts. It was better for me to send back so that process has started. I thought I would have received my other 2 shirts by now, but I have not. So, I hope they will arrive soon.

Received items but they were not as pictured. I purchased a size larger than I normally wear, but could not get them past my shoulders. Disappointed and will be returning merchandise.

Shopping was easy return was not. Originally wanted to exchange but to many issues with shipping charges

I normally wear an XL, but according to your size chart I needed to order a 2xl which I did, but it was still way too small. I can't wear the coat. Not happy!

I still haven't received a response to my request for information on how/where to return the items I received/ordered

I have been everywhere on the websites for Azzlee to find out how to return but still can not find where to go.

I immediately requested to return. I received an e-mail that gave instructions (proper packaging, cost of shipping not refundable, etc) which said to reply to that email in order to get the address to ship the return to. It also asked if I would consider a partial refund and keep the product, but didn't name an amount. I replied asking for the amount of the partial refund as well as the shipping address in order to calculate shipping costs to return. That was 2 days ago. I haven't yet had a response.

I love all of the items I purchased however 3 of the 4 items didn't fit well. I am attempting to exchange them for different sizes. I can't rate my experience until I see how the return and exchange goes.

Each came individually wrapped - I like that, but I was disappointed with the deep wrinkles.

The sizing chart is somewhat accurate. Returns are non existent which is a bummer.

Was not impressed this time. I only received 2 items that fit

Everything was fine except product. As stated earlier, material is not breathable, waist is major tight, cuff fell apart with one wash.

Ordered 4 size M ( I am normally a size 6-8) 100% cotton tops. One was polyester, though the label stated cotton, 3 were too small. To exchange them the company requires that I pay return shipping, S&H on the replacement (the total order was well over their 'free shipping' requirement) land get it back to them in one week. It took them 3 wks to get it to me. Cheaper to give to Goodwill. $100+ down the drain. Lesson learned.

Very pleasant and efficient. Shorts seem to be a good quality also
