Both products ordered run small. You should correct your sizing

The two items I did receive were also too small. I will be returning.

Thought the customer service was horrible. Cheap material on one top

The items came in a timely manner, they let me know the cat shirt was on back order, allowed me to cancel if I wanted. The fabrics were a bit disappointing as I thought they would be of better quality.

Overall like the clothing. Did not realize everything needed to be hand washed.

My experience was ok but, the return process does not seem easy and I need to return three out of four items purchased!

Good experience. Clothes were sized properly and good quality material. I was informed about status of delivery. I would order more clothing from Azzlee.

I was very skeptical about ordering. The clothes were so reasonable. I was afraid they were cheaply made. They were quick with the delivery. The clothes are well made and pretty much true to size. I will be ordering again.

Everything very small. Looks great on the website. But fits small.

Everything was way too small even though I ordered a size larger than I normally wear. The material is quite cheap and overall I'm very underimpressed by both the quality and the service.

FIRST TIME ORDER. PRODUCTS ARE NICE. CONSIDERING THE DISTANCE SHIPPED, I RECEIVED IT IN A TIMELY MANNER. A FEW SHIRTS ARE TOO SMALL. THE MEASUREMENTS ARE NOT AS DESCRIBED WITH THE SIZE.

All items were too small. Do not match size chart. Designs and materials okay. Gave them away

Loved the pieces that were available, but a bit disappointing that half of the order was not available.

I ordered 5 items, which took over a month to get. 4 out of the 5 were made with some unusual material. But 1 didn't fit at all. I emailed them to return just the one item, and they had me send pictures of all the bags it came in, all tags on the clothes, then still refused to refund my money because they said there isn't anything wrong with the item. They finally sent me a return mail address, which is sketchy... some rundown building(s) in Rosedale NY. I have yet to receive a refund and have American Express involved. So far, they are no help too!

The clothes did not fit. What is your procedure to return items and exchange for larger sizes?
