The colors, the size, the way each item fits were all just perfect! I shall look for more clothing items on Azzlee again!

Merchandise was smaller than anticipated and low quality. I found the return process more difficult than with any other retailer I use online. I am awaiting a partial refund. Company policy was no assistance with return shipping, no return shipping label, and lots of particulars on return shipping.

I've purchased from this company before and couldn't be happier with the online experience or the product.

For one they changed my ratings when I put it in and very hard to make a return and waited along time to receive the order.

I am unable to pull up my order to start a return.

Clothing looks great but I've been trying to reach someone to return the green printed shirt.
Can you help me? Can't find a phone number to customer service?

Items were as described well made decent shipping time.

The two tops I ordered in my normal size are extremely small and tight thru the bust and arms. I hand washed and air dried them as instructed but they shrunk. I did not get the correct pants I ordered that were shown in the picture but they at least fit. I will not order from Azzlee the second time. I did not contact customer service because I got them late in the evening and was planning on wearing them the next morning and they were an acceptable but tight fit so I hand washed them and dried overnight, then they shrunk. I knew Azzlee would not honor a return or exchange. Bad experience.

Everything looks lovely on the website, but I should have ordered 1-2 sizes larger than I wear. Everything I ordered was very tight -- won't be able to wear them.

Easy but quality not good - no easy way to return.

Ordered 4 blouses in size Large. Never had a problem in ordering this size from other women's retail outlets. I initially washed in cold water and hung them up to dry. No dryer heat to cause shrinkage.
They fit snuggly which was not the desired look I had in mind. Only one blouse fits well.
One blouse turned out to have a very "scratchy" feel to it which makes it uncomfortable.
I know since I washed them (my mistake), I cannot return them. I will donate them to someone.
I will never order anything else from this company again. A very expensive lesson learned!

I placed an order on June 15th and didn't receive my order until July 2nd. It was very slow and I paid extra for faster delivery. The dress I order was out of stock and with the emails going back and forth, held up the rest of my order. I was refunded for the item and given a discount for the next order I place but 17 days is a long time.

Good experience; product just as described in ad; I would purchase again.

Not happy with your clothing. Very cheaply made. Makes me mad that you would deceive and sell cheap junk.

The clothes arrived in about 3-4 weeks, so not bad. The sizing is inconsistent. Some for just as described and others are too small.

I have reached out to Azzlee to initiate an exchange. Will advise if customer service responds.
