Took about three weeks to arrive but no problems. Was unable to track the parcel.

The original photo in the advertisement led me to believe this jacket had a 3-dimensional look. It doesn't. The design is printed on polyester.

The experience itself was great. Prompt shipping and delivery. But the jacket was not quite what I expected. What looked like embroidery in the picture was only printed on the fabric. It was a lovely jacket, just not for me. I passed it on to a friend.

I did a lot of research on your company to make sure I would get my jacket. Mostly everything indicated that I would have to order larger than usual. I am a 2X. Because it was a jacket I decided to go even higher than suggested so I could wear things underneath. I ordered a 5X. It almost fits. There is not enough room in the arms but I am trying to stretch them out. The jacket itself is lovely and seems to be good quality. I really hope I can wear it comfortably some day.

Not satisfied. Would like to return. How do I do that. There is no papers in package

I am very disappointed now that I have received my items. 2 of the 3 clothing items are ripping at seams because they are so cheaply made and the 3rd was advertised as a sweater. It is not a sweater. It is thin material that looks like it was printed wrong. I have written to customer service to ask how to return the "sweater" and have not received a response. Plus I'll lose money anyway because I'll have to pay to ship it back. That is IF I get instructions in time to meet the 14 day return deadline. I will not order from this website ever again.

Good quality clothes and fast shipping. And everything looks nice on.

Easy site to navigate product well displayed and described

Product took longer to arrive than expected and was of a lesser quality than I had hoped - in the end the item was too small to wear comfortably so your sizing is definitely on the smaller size

I ordered a birthday present, it is junk. I want to send it back and have asked for your address (not on the package) or an address label. Getting this makes me hopeful, but if I don't get an address label I am taking this to the better business bureau. You have to do better.

I've requested a full refund and they have tried to get me to agree to a much less than full refund. The issue is still not resolved. I still have a very poor quality jacket and they still have my money.

I have a 4 because of the time it took to arrive, they said 11 to 15 days but it was much longer.
