All clothes were individually wrapped. Postage time was excellent and clothes are of a good standard. The only negative I would say is I was not advised of the tracking or delivery of items.

Product terrible. Customer service answered promptly. Offered to refund half price of tshirt only not shipping. Too expensive to send back from Australia so I had a loss

Quality and sizing surprisingly as described. Very pleasing. Quite like the polyester as it seems to breathe and not make one feel hot and sweaty.

I have made a request to return these three products and have heard nothing from Azzlee. I would like a response immediately.

In all honesty I was worried about whether the site was genuine. Happily, My order did arrive within 3 weeks of placing. The items were all there and correct. I did find the buttoned blouse true to size but my other items probably ran a little small. I would have preferred them a little more flowy having said that, they weren't tight and I can wear them. As for one of the blouses, I like the design and print, but not the material. The others were as expected and nice.

I was pleasantly surprised. It came when it was supposed to and the shirts were another surprise they were beautiful.

I ordered three items from Azzlee--two sweaters and one jacket. All three were completely unwearable. They are very poor quality material, badly misshapen, and I cannot imagine them fitting any human I have ever seen. The sweaters are made of a material that feels like plastic. They make a crinkling sound reminiscent of plastic grocery bags. They are simultaneously too short and too low cut. I do not know of any plus size woman who wants to wear a winter sweater that shows her entire bosom and her entire midriff at the same time, while still somehow being too large in width. These are definitely not as pictured. One of the items was a jacket that, in the picture, appears to have a liner, but in reality is a thin, low quality fabric with visible seams that look very amateurish and no liner. There was no packaging slip and no return instructions. The website offered no return option. I immediately contacted customer service to request a return. All they were willing to offer was a gift card for less than 10% of what I spent. After I began a dispute process with my credit card company, they informed me they would let me ship the items back to them at my own expense, at which point they would refuse to issue a refund because I opened the clear bag to try the items on, and they would then sell the items to another customer to make even more profit off of the same merchandise. Do not buy from this company. It is a scam.

Liked the coat so I took a chance that it is the right size and ordered it. It is tricky ordering stuff on line. I should have known that the models were NOT my size people and should have ordered accordingly. I am short and round. They were tall and thin!

I was happy with the fall coat I ordered, but not happy with the jacket.

Two items were great and exactly what I wanted and I would order again, have not looked into the returns on the other two items so hard to tell what my overall experience will be..

I ordered what was described as jackets but they are very light weight material. Will be returning

Some clothes were an unusual fit for me however the ones that did fit looked really nice.
