I ordered a small Halloween hooded long sleeve shirt. The colors weren't half as vibrant as the picture. It was so small that it fit my neighbors grandchild who is 10 so I gave it to him because I contacted them for a refund and a little over a week later they offered me $7 refund to keep the product. I replied to the email saying no thank you but it is way too small and I honestly don't like the material. I have given them two weeks to respond with no reply. I will never buy from this company again. Bad customer service and in my opinion not a good product. I don't like polyester clothing.

Unfortunately, I need to return my items (one didn't quite fit right and other two were either ordered incorrectly (size-wise) by me or sent incorrectly. Either way, I need to return. I think I am on email 5 or 6 regarding getting needed return information. They are very polite emails but frustrating as I just want the needed information to return but keep getting passed to the next email (only 1 a day so this has been going on a week now) as they desperately try to get me to just keep the items. This process is making me not want to ever order again, but I remain hopeful as I still await my next email as I still don't have needed return information.

Things are very clear and prices are very reasonable, an awful lot to choose from, I'll be back
