Have written about 10 emails regarding refund, want to discount the amount owing, won't send return address, the Shirts are too small and terrible quality.
Size - ordered large which usually fits but too small. Am I able to return and get a larger size

This sweater is not at all like what the picture portrays. The color is drab and material is cheap. Expected soft, warm and pretty but material is cold and snowflake design very cheap and ugly.

Very disappointed - the top I received is a cold blue, nothing like in the original sales photo. Also the fabric is more like bed sheet material, nothing like in the picture in the original sales photo.

What I received did not look like what I had ordered!
My experience with Azzlee has been very good - out of six t-shirts/blouses and pants there has only been one shirt that didn't fit so gave it to my girlfriend and she loves it.
I will definitely be ordering from Azzlee again. Their prices are good, the clothes are just like the photos and descriptions are very good.
I went by your size chart, and they were huge so I had to take them to get altered which ended costing me a bomb,quite disappointing really,I mean to return them and pay another postage would have been so expensive,so I found the waist size in your chart was not correct,as Ive never worn X- large I'm normally 12 to 14.
Firstly the three items arrived in 3 different sizes so only one fitted me. This was disappointing. They were pleasant enough and luckily I had 2 friends who could wear the other two. It was my first time buying clothes on line and maybe my last.
