All went well with my order, although I did become concerned when the parcel didn't arrive the recommended time frame which was 15 business working days. I sent an email to them it was answered promptly, they then gave me a tracking number which showed that my parcel was due to arrive in Auckland NZ, which was great as I had wanted to wear the outfit on Xmas day. The parcel arrived 2 days later, which was in time for Xmas. The email they sent to me was fun,and courteous.

Two of my three items were unsuitable & I requested a return refund. My order did not have an invoice enclosed, so I had to send an email to request instructions on a refund. I was promptly replied to with the following message: Sorry to tell you that Our return address is located in the USA. Given the inconvenience of returning to the US, we are happy to offer you a partial refund as compensation if you are happy to keep the item. What good is keeping the items as "they do not fit". Azzlee's website makes no mention of the return of items to the USA & I have requested a full refund
