I was not sent an email to be able to tract package. However, it was delivered within a reasonable amount of time. The coat was a little thinner than I expected, but very cute. The shirt fits well and did not shrink when I washed it.
Pants are too long not capri at all and horrible material.

Grey top is totally not as in photo as no under white shirt and a different material as to photo.

I did not receive the Light grey plus size summer top... I received another top in its place. This top has frills on the hips. I would never order that. Overall I love what you have sent me.

As stated above the pants I received are cheap old fashioned straight leg ones. Wry disappointing and further more it's almost impossible to get a full refund and reurn tgem
Beautiful tops, will be back, exactly what I was looking for and nice fitting
I ordered 4 long sleeved tops. All the same size. What I got were all different sizes and one had a set in stain that is permanent. The shirts took a while to get here and I was happy they finally came as there's no guarantees these days. Sadly only one shirt fit correctly. It's not worth the trouble and expense to try and return the others. Disappointed but not too surprised.
Impressed to receive a follow up email to determine at what stage my order / experience was at. This gave me the opportunity and avenue to bring a delay to their attention.

The quality and sizing was poor. When I tried to get a refund they tried to offer me 1/4 of the price to not send it back. I keep on asking for the return address as the site says.au which indicates Australia but they are saying that I have to return it to the USA and that will costs a lot so just take the minimum refund

Had to get in touch with them first as to why I hadn't received parcel but then they were very prompt in returning emails as one of the blouses was not available. Didn't find another I liked and the refund went through promptly.

Due to there being no tracking available, I was not aware my parcel had been left in an unused mailbox at the front of my property - for almost an entire month! Luckily I located the parcel and it was not damaged with all the rain we have had.
If something is delivered to my home, it should at least be signed for or I should have been notified, as all of our Mail is collected over the counter at our local post office.
