Overall good experience. Item fits well, fabric good quality exactly as shown online.
Had to wait a while for my goods. One item was not in stock so the whole order was put on hold. Only found this out after I had contacted them. Customer service was good and replied quickly to my messages. The products I did receive I am very happy with.
The product I received doesn't look anything like the picture. Totally misleading. I would've never of spent money on this thing that you said to me if I seen it in the store. And calling it a coat is a total lie.
The sweatshirts were not as good quality as shown on site.
Very disappointed, as flat and snowmen looked liked something I ironed on. No texture or sparkle to the snowmen.
Easy, just hope it gets shipped quickly and hoping the sizes are true and not smaller than usual
