The items I ordered were not of good quality and did not resemble the pictures of the products advertised. When I asked for a return/ refund, I was given the option to keep the items and get a partial refund or pay for the return postage to return the items. I will not order from this site again!
Delivery was on time, and customer service was good fast response to my email. Overall I am happy. 5 out of 6 items were good fit only one didn't. Really love the T-shirts.

Goods were in Australia but took 3 weeks to be delivered via Brisbane then Sydney and then back to Tweed Heads - dealings with this delivery service have not been great in the past where regional cities are involved
