Ordered wrong size dress so wanted exchange for larger size. It took a while but emails kept me updated

Not bad at least they came in the right size other clothing shops send the wrong size or a different article

It took over a month to get my items. They finally told me that my purchase was lost & asked if I wanted to reorder or just cancel. I got home & it had been delivered that day. I didn't like one of them as it was not as shown it picture. I asked for an exchange for another item & you tried to convince me to keep it for a small fee, plus pay for the new item. When corresponding back & forth I never get an answer for 2 days. Now it is very difficult to try & figure out how to do this exchange. I really like a lot of your items I see, but am so scared to try this again. I have been dealing with this order for almost 2 months.

Poor Quality items. Will never buy from you again. Sizing all wrong and what you receive is not what is in the picture. Will never buy from you again and will not recommend your company to anyone.

I enjoyed shopping the offerings, but didn't like my item because the colors were different than shown. Other than that, ordering was easy, shipping prompt.

Very disappointed with the fabrics which were either thin and/or rough to the touch. Blouse shrunk in cold hand wash.

Pants fitted very well. The size chart was very good and they took 2 weeks to come.

Colors were much different than what was shown in the advertisement

Sweater not as expected, very disappointed…colors not the same as photo

Sizes run small but this is a beautiful sweater. I love it!
