It took awhile to get the order. When order was received 3 of 4 products were to small

The first order I placed took 7 weeks to arrive and totally missed Christmas. I was displeased with it and wanted to return at least one item because it was undersized. I ordered larger than usual, and the items all were undersized. I was given three choices of how to proceed and decided to accept a gift card and give them another chance. I must say the items came more quickly this time, but again everything is flimsy and undersized. I will not be doing business with this company again. The customer service was relatively helpful and courteous even though the merchandise is inferior.

I searched for days and days looking for this dress. I will be totally happy if I receive it by Feb. 10th.

So user friendly, with great sales and good suggestions for their "you may also like". Delivery was definitely slow, so if you need something within a week, don't count on it.

My experience was good but I need to know how to make a return for a different size and return an item I did not care for once I tried it on.

Ordered 4 items. One was out of stock. Long wait time for delivery. Two items too small. Can't fine where or how to return items and get credit for them and the one item that was out of stock.

It took to long to receive my order plus there were some that were out of stock.

Its always a risk with ordering from Australia and getting delivery. I had no issues at all. My order was processed and delivered and items were exactly as described.

The shirt was described as a long sleeve sweatshirt but is actually very thin & the feel is thin polyester.

I should know better than ordering from these sights that all show the same clothes...shipping from overseas. Lesson learned...won't order again.

In addition to the above three items which were much too small to be 2Xs I also ordered and received a kacki pair of pants sized SMALL. I need to return all items for refund but need instructions which I requested yesterday. Please advise immediately.

Quoted 3/5 days to ship and this order took almost 4 weeks to arrive! Messages to customer service just received a response back stating it was COVID's fault and here was the tracking number link. Received this package this morning but the link is still showing as it being in transit so not that useful!
