Dress okay quality but was not a good style for me. Response time has been slow on my return service information - six days with not response.
This was my first experience with Azzlee. I received the products without any issue. I was disappointed with the dress I ordered, but I like the 2 tops.
Items on the website look attractive, communication was good re: the fulfillment of the order and shipping, items all arrived together and in a reasonable amount of time.
Returns are not free (postage is required by the customer). I've yet to find out how the return process works as I'm just initiating that process now.
The site would benefit from clearer material information for the unsuspecting buyer. The shipping takes an abnormally long time over 4 weeks to get your products.
When I first received the shorts, I was disappointed and didn't think they were what I had expected. However, when I put them on, they looked good and felt great. Great for just casual wearing. Would like to buy another pair.

Not satisfied with this company it is very hard to return. Only have 30 days and I have been emailing back and forth for a week already and still nothing. They want to give me 25 percent back and keep the stuff that doesn't fit!
It took quite a while for the items to arrive, which is a big reason I want to return items vs. try an exchange. They were ordered for a trip I'm soon taking, and there is no way I could get additional items in time. However, communication about receiving the order, giving me an order #, and informing me of when items are shipped, with a tracking number included was all good.
Only received 4 items. Still haven't received the jacket or the green/gold blouse.
Overall good. Shipping a little longer than normal but not bad. Gave updates on shipping.
