I put an order in on 3/28/23 and pay for the expedited shipping in 3 to 7 days. I received a receipt immediately for the order which said i could check the status. My password would not work and i never received a email to update my password. I sent them an email to find out where my order was and never got a response. I can't figure out how they have a good rating. I think it could be a scam. If i ever get my order or hear from them i will update this review but i wouldnt never order from them. Extremely poor customer service. The should have a 0!
I didn't realize it was coming directly from China. I've found in the past when the items arrive, they look nothing like the photos.

If they arrive and if they are everything I was expecting (fit according to size chart as advertised, good material, etc.) I will happily write and upgrade my review, but so far, not impressed.

I need to exchange the tops for a larger size. This is where I ran into difficulty. I could not get the return address for the exchange, and was told I would have to pay the postage. Another option was to keep the tops and they would give me a 35% refund. I have now chosen the 35% refund option, but have not received a response from customer service.
This dress I received was not the same as shown in the picture. The picture shows a beautiful hem line below the knee. I received a straight cut slip dress that went to my ankles.
