I have ask for a refund/return. Had corresponded a couple times with customer service. Once I declined the couple of offers. I have not had contact on how to return for a refund.

The order was slow, but acceptable. The shirt had beautiful colors, but was too small for me. Instead of the inconvenience of trying to return it, I gave it to a family member.

The dress took a very long time to get here and when it did I wasn't pleased. It didn't look like the picture and it was too small. I emailed to find out how to return the dress for a credit and haven't heard. Please email me and let me know how to proceed with the return.

Your website says you allow returns, but when I asked for a return label, this is what I got.

Thanks for your email. I will try to help.
Let me show you the return instructions first:
1. We gladly accept unworn, undamaged, unwashed items with original labels attached (the hang tag and transparent package). Please note that your returned product is required to be quality inspected after it is received in the warehouse. Once the returned item has been detected as used or worn, we cannot issue a refund for it.
2. We currently are unable to offer a free returns service, so return shipping must be made at your own cost. Remember to give us a tracking number within 7 days after you receive the return address we provided. Otherwise, we are afraid that we will not accept returns and no refunds.
3. We are happy to refund the price of items you returned (not including shipping fee as we had shipped it) after receiving the parcel and checking. So, to ensure a successful return, please return using a standard shipping service that provides tracking.
If you are sure of the above info, we will show you the return address and product info. Please don't ship to the address on the package bag you received.
Additionally, we also provide another option. Would it be a considerate solution that you keep the return item and we refund you 35% of it as compensation?
Or how about you keep the item and we offer you a $80.98 gift card?

On March 29th, just after receiving items I ordered from Azzlee, I wrote to the proper channels to say that on account of the items not fitting properly I needed to return them. I gave the order number, attached an image of all of the items and gave the reason for needing to return the items and requesting a refund. The first support staff employee asked me to list which items and give the reasons. Although I had already done so, I repeated the information. I thought her exchanges with me would result in my receiving the return instructions. A few days later I heard from another support staff employee who made alternative offers in lieu of my returning the items. I thanked the employee but responded that same day that I would still be returning the items and again asked the company to send me the return instructions. That was on Tuesday, March 4th. Today is Friday, March 7th, and Azzlee has not responded to my request. As a customer, I should not have to hound the company to get return and refund instructions. I am hoping that this description of my experience will yield the response that I am awaiting. I do not have a contact number for Azzlee, otherwise I would have called them to try to resolve this issue. If someone can provide a US contact phone number, I would be very grateful if you would provide it.
Tried to return an item. It took a month to get the return address/ they have the item now but refuse to refund my money. DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER.
I really could not provide a true rating because, I have not received my merchandise. Although I ordered my items back the early part of March. I have not received a stitch. I am very disappointed in the service. Azzlee has deducted funds from my checking account however, I am still waiting on the merchandise. I did receive a notice I believe last week according to my email account stating one item was out of stock. I don't mind waiting if I can get an approximate date to receive the item and I would like the other items. If you can pass this message along, I would be very appreciative. As stated, I think it would be unfair for me to provide a review if I do not have the merchandise.
