I am trying to return the items I bought as they do not fit but no one will return my e-mails. Can someon please help me return these items?

Contacted the company 5x about my oder. No response. I left my phone # & also emailed.
Never received my order.
It's a scam!

I have not yet received my order and have been waiting for a month and a half now. Please let me know when I should expect my order to be received.

I was told delivery 8/10 days. That was over a month ago and still have not seen or heard anything! SCAM!

The shipping took a month as opposed to the 3 to 5 days advertised.

The items received do not match the materials photographed on the website. One item set is a 100% polyester, on the site picture it's noticeably cotton, which is why I purchased it.

Customer service is deplorable, package arrived with no invoice, no return slip….no thank you for your purchase, nothing.

What a SCAM!

Out of 4 pieces of clothes not one fit to the sizes your website stated. Highly disappointed and the shipping was extra long as well. Quality was as though a school student learning to sow made these clothes.

Sadly after 4 weeks waiting my order for my moms birthday was never received

I read the return policy carefully before ordering just in case sizes were not accurate. All items were too small. I made 2 separate requests to return what I ordered and never received approval or even a response. Unfortunately they only allow returns within 30 days and my time is now running out. I will not be ordering from them again! I am out $100

Shopping was fine. Many choices of clothing items.

Out of the 5 items I ordered 2 fit right. The 2 piece pant suit was way off, the pants were huge and the top was way too small. The material used for the clothing is not breathable, and larger sized clothing needs a cotton blend so larger ladies are not hot all the time. In person I did not like the look of any of the 3 tops.

I have been trying since the day after I received the dress to send it back and they just keep stalling. If they don't send me the information today I am going to the Better Business Bureau.

I am a size XL which is what I ordered but the clothes don't fit he way I wanted them too. I should have ordered a size up.

It took many days and many applications to get my credit card finally excepted because as a apparently used PayPal or Amazon which does not have my current credit card.
