I ordered this blouse for a special occasion two months in advance!
I heard nothing from them for weeks and then a note saying it was backlisted. I had to cancel the order at the last minute before my trip. I would give no stars, but at least they gave me a refund.
My order arrived late and when it did come it was all 4 items (2 blouses and 2 pants) all crammed into the smallest plastic bag. Once opened the items were nothing of what the photos online showed which is so disappointing.
But, they advertise great customer service and easy refunds so I immediately emailed them for instructions to return the items. I had to email 3 times before I received a reply and the message was shocking to say the least. They were willing to offer me a 30% refund (of well over $100.00) and I could keep the items. What? I don't want them, I want my money back. Period.
That was well over a week ago that I responded asking for my refund and I've heard nothing back from them.
People…please KNOW that this company does not stand behind their warranty. Go shop somewhere else and save yourself the grief.
