All of the items I ordered did not fit. I had to email the company to receive "permission" to return these items, ridiculous, which I still have not received. I don't know how a company cannot have a decent return service. It's fine I have to pay for return shipping, but to have to wait for over a week for a response, and then to have to email back and say I want a full refund, and to ask for the address again, and to still not hear back to this day is absurd. I have a feeling they are waiting for 30 days to go by so I can't return anything. They tried to bargain with me to get 30% refund. No thank you. Do not buy from this company!

The dress took forever to get here. Came from over seas where I thought it shipped here in the US.
This company sent my order promptly. The blouse I received matched the ad that I saw on FB.
Americans- Size up if you aren't sure. And order WAY in advance of when you'd like to wear them. It took a solid 3 weeks for delivery. Sadly, I returned my entire purchase.

Not my favorite experience. The fabrics felt nice. Model pictures make it tough to see what the dress is actually like IRL. Dresses took the maximum days to be delivered. Return process is more complicated then it needs to be. It is nice that they give several options though. Responses leave much to be desired. Definitely check your Spam folder and the company should include the return ADDRESS in the initial email so customers can take action before the 'return time limit' expires.

I need to return the items I purchased but they are not responding to my request.
I purchased a dress that way way too short for me and I wanted to return it. It has been a couple of weeks and I'm still waiting for customer service to supply me with information to return. I have made several attempts to contact via email. I do not recommend buying from this company.

Looks like the material may be different and the whole design of the top is different. It is like it is a knock off. Not pleased at all. It was marked down so not worth the hassle to return it, will not order from Azzlee again.

Very difficult to return. Poor communication with delays. I really doubt I will ever be able to get a refund. I have never dealt with a company that had such a complex and confusing return process.
Low quality fabrics. Shirts lack structure. Fit is fine. Colors more subdued than in ads.
