Difficult to track item and it took a long time to be delivered.

I have not received The casual zipper hooded coat and the pants set! I am very disappointed in Azzlee.fr. They haven't answered my e mail either. And now I wonder if they are a real company? I will try to get help from pay pal to get my money back!

Communication was slow. The tracking system for shipping took a while before I could see the actual location of the product and know it was on the way.

I reached out to customer service regarding a return, within a day of receiving the products. They did responsed however continued to never provide a return label or address. Still waiting on the information in order to return the items and get a refund. Will never use this company again or recommend them!

Items are not the correct size! Ordered march 9th, received April 14th! Will NEVER EVER purchase from this company again!

The tracking service for my order was confusing. The package actually arrived earlier than I expected, but the tracking website stillshowed it stuck in Los Angeles!

Sizing is hit or miss. One item was completely wrong. Overall about 50% was close to what was advertised.

Azzlee website had nice selection, however, the quality of the material is not complimentary. Also, all of the sizes small. Unable to get resound for a return. Will not order again, in fact, it makes me reluctant to order from any clothing website that i am not familiar with.

Placed my order online and the process was fine. Merchant did follow up with delivery updates although delivery was longer than most.
