I have been attempting to return a few of these items since they were delivered. I understand that I will need to pay for the returns but have asked at least 6 times for their authorization and their return address (per their return policy protocol).
I contacted PayPal to ask for refunds on these items. It was only after PayPal reached out to them that Azzlee responded to my many emails. They requested that I explain which items were to be returned which I did immediately. That was last week and I am still waiting for their "permission" to return items which is confounding!
I am in a 30-day return window and their continued lack of response is causing me to get very close to the end of that time.
If I have to donate these items, I will. It feels wrong that a company can take away our personal freedoms in this way.

What is the old sang, if something seems to good to be true, it probably is. Well I didn't expect much but the pictures looked so cute I thought I'd try. Only the pants fit, but are of poor quality. The tops not only were too small they only sort of look like the pictures, I'd pay twice as much if it was what was actually shown in the pic. Won't return because it is not worth it. I gave them away.

Easy transaction but it took almost a month to receive. Other customers stated they had fast shipping, so I was surprised. However, things like this happen and I will buy from them again.
Overall good experience. There was only one item that I wasn't happy with and if I'd kept the package I'd prob be able to return, my bad not their fault by any means. I will give to a friend, good quality just not a fan of the material if that item. Otherwise, great company and I will purchase from again!

Sizing is irregular according to size charts. So clothing is difficult to fit.
