I sent email requesting a return number they counter offered with a 30% refund and I keep items I declined. I'm he. They countered with a FULL credit towards another purchase and I do t send items back I accepted THEN they sent an email saying they can only give me a 40% refund IF the items are received within 30 days of me getting them! Mind you they only sent one email per week! So by this time it was too late as this goes to CHINA! SCAM SCAM SCAM!

On 4 products one of them was the wrong size and none of them fit me. :( The size is not what is writing on the charter of size. It's smaller... So if you are not sure, you are better take de more large size...
But the quality of the rope seem very good...

The dresses were exactly as pictured but the sizing is a problem. The biggest problem is I'm unable to find a site to ask for a return. There are no human interaction.
The ordering was very easy, and the delivery was done in a timely fashion. And the tracking was good. But I was not satisfied with the product, and I'm having difficulty returning it. The company will not send me the return address label or confirmation that I need to return it. They offered me a 30% return if I keep the item. But I do not want it, and I prefer the full return. The clothes were of great quality. However, they didn't fit do I sent a message just as directed in the request for approval to return. I have not heard anything in regards to returning the items. That's what I'm only giving 3 stars at this point.
