My first experience with online clothing shopping. All items fitted and met expectations. Nicely packaged. Like follow up opportunity at being able to let AzzLee know the package arrived and at the time I expected.

Everything that i received was TOO small. Sizes are not true to USA sizing. Fabrics are VERY thin, and not very durable. Will NOT order from this site again.
I have never received the items I ordered and paid for. I received an email from site jabber saying that the items should have arrived, and if they had not, to contact them within 24 to 48 hours. I have now done that twice via email over the course of the week and I received no response from site jabber or Azlee. I can't find an Azlee customer service number to call. Very frustrating!
Pour une première commande, je suis satisfaite malgré des articles un peu trop petit. Délais de livraison très long, mais on peu attendre quand le prix des articles est aussi bon marché. Je pense que je recommanderai surtout des maillots de bain, ils taillent bien et la matière est de très bonne qualité.

The quality of the clothes is awful. The sizing is off and when I requested to return for a refund, they only wanted to give me 50%. Would never order from this company again.

When I receive my package, I noticed the wrong size dress with sent. I have tried five separate times to send an email to Azzlee and continue to get a message that the email cannot be delivered. I cannot locate a phone number or an alternate email. I would like to exchange the dress or return it, but I cannot get in touch with customer service.

I got an email that my order had been delivered on a certain date and I didn't get them. A few days later, I contacted the company to let them know and it took a few days for them to respond. In the mean time, they were delivered so I was happy to answer their response to me that they had been delivered. I then got another email from them confirming. I'd say their customer service is excellent.
I have sent my order back for a refund and now it's saying that y'all have turned off receiving emails from me now I'm highly upset about this I have sent this back to the address that y'all told me to and got a tracking number and now you are not accepting my email.!
