I ordered two different grey blouses in 3X and they are both way, way too small. I need to return b oth of them, but have not received the needed information from you for me to return them yet. It has been over 48 hours, and I still have not heard back from you.

Trying to return one of the shirts I ordered has been very difficult. What is a very simple process with most companies, has turned into multiple emails with the service contact over the past 2 weeks and I still have no information on where to send a return. Very strange. I'm just going to keep the shirt and be out $25 bc trying to return it has been a big hassle.
I waited a couple of weeks after placing my order and never received confirmation that the item was sent. I finally contacted the company. The item wasn't available (the website indicated it was available when I ordered it), and I had not been informed until I asked. I was offered either a refund or the option to select a different item. I selected a different item, which also ended up not being available. I then asked for a refund, which was processed promptly.
It would be helpful if the online store was kept up to date with the items available.

Probably will not see this posted. I have tried to return three of the 4 items. They have ignored my emails and someone named Lizzy wrote to me on how to return the items. I had already followed their directions on how to return and was waiting for an address so I could package and return the items in their original packaging. I was also offered a deal of keeping the items with remuneration to them. All I want to do is return the items and get my money back.
So far I have been on line 4 hours trying to find out how to return items!
