Very happy with my purchase! Already looking forward to my next!

Tried 3 times to get information about exchanges and still do not have the returns address.

They took my money and I never received my order. They don't provide a customer service number so I contacted them via email they never responded.

I paid for expedited shipping which did not deliver timely for a vacation. Now I no longer need the merchandise. I asked for help returning and have not heard back.

The fabrics are quite thin. The colors are either to bright or to dark. I ordered several tops. One top was good. One I never received. It took a month for them to arrive!

Dress was poor quality fabric and did not fit. Not true to size. Very diasappointing.

The quality of the items are cheap. I contacted customer service and did not get a reply at all. I'm very upset about this.

This is not a reputable company. Want to return items and the emails they send you cannot respond to. I feel like I have been scammed.

Poor quality! Not satisfied with material. Looked like it was worth half the price.

My Experience: 1. It took almost a month and much prodding to get my order 2. I received one item in the wrong color and 4 items that didn't fit. 3. When I tried to get information on how to return items I received no response. 4. I spent $111 for 5 items that are going straight to good will because not only are they all too small, but the material and workmanship are extremely cheap. I learned a good lesson. A good photographer can make really cheap and poor quality products look good enough to buy.

Very difficult to initiate a return and a refund. No receipt in package. Contacted customer service, no answer several times

I ordered the next size up on all my clothes and all were way too small. I was contacted by customer service because I want to return my items but I've yet to get the correct address to send them to for my refund.

I am a first time order no discounts!
Need to return three out of 4 items. No response from my 2 emails. Pants Large more like a medium

Very disappointed that the dress received was not the dress pictured and since it will probably cost what I paid to return, it's not worth returning. Pretty pattern was all on one side instead of centered on the front of the dress. Would not order again
