Ordered for vacation and received after i got back. Over a month for delivery and I'm disappointed in quality and fit.
This is my very first time doing this so I hope its not a scam.
One item was out of stock and I received a refund. Another item I ordered was replaced without asking for something I don't like and want to return. I'm not hearing back from the company after sending several emails to them with pictures of what I ordered and what I received. Very frustrating not hearing back and getting this resolved.
It took a long time to receive my items, but I did appreciate getting correspondence from your company so I waited and accepted the package. However when I open the package I was disappointed to see the cut of the pants that did not match the photos in the ads.

The website is easy to navigate and the products look great. However, with the shirt I purchased unfortunately I found there were many discrepancies between what I was provided and what appeared on the webiste.
Good layout and images. Easy to navigate and easy to follow payment etc. Sometimes its hard to tell if items are black or navy blue, but there is no descriptor?
I ordered $187 worth of clothes and none of them were the correct size. When I contacted Azzlee they told me I could return them, pay my own postage and the would send me 1/2 of my money back! Who does that? Them. The clothes are poorly made and from cheap polyester fabric, the photos are edited. It has been over 3 months and I still don't have any refund from them, not good business. I am so sorry I tried them.
Have not received anything yet that I ordered...the dresses looked so lovely but I will never order anything like this by mail again...

A better size chart is needed. I wear a small in tops and I could not fit in any of the ones I ordered, but instead gave them to my daughter who usually wears an XS
Only order if you are 100% sure you will be satisfied. Returning or exchanging items is impossible. Speaking to a Azzlee representative will never happen either.
