Items do not fit and I have sent TEN requests for return/refund instructions as indicated on their website.
They will not give that information.

The material is not good dress material. My confidence in your clothing has been compromised and I don't think I will shop here again. I don't think that the dresses you show on your site and the dresses I received are one and the same. I will not order dresses from you again.

I've been trying to return the items I bought from Azzlee and cannot get a response from them. All I got was that they needed reasons why I didn't like what I ordered and when I responded, never heard anything back.
Great experience. Items are better than expected. Ordering online, sight unseen and a new vendor is a leap of faith and one that I will take against. With Azzlee.

I received my purchased products. All of the blouses were too tight across my breasts, I proceeded to start the return process per their instructions. I did not get a response from this company for over a week. After finally getting a response/instructions for the return, it did not include the return address. I sent a response email per requirement, that stated I wanted a refund and requested the return address. This was over a week ago and still no response. I sent another request for return address information, I received an email that stated the address was not a valid one. It's the same one from the initial correspondence.
