Not what I expected from all of the reviews. I need to return items. The website says to email *******@azzlee.com which I have done multiple times and have gotten NO response.

I will never buy from them again. I felt like a criminal trying to return the items. I was going to have to pay shipping both ways; the items had to be evaluated for wear prior to receiving a refund. They offered that if I kept the items, they would issue me a gift card to their store for the purchase amount or a small percentage refund. It felt like a racket. Worst online shopping experience yet.
I ordered 2 sizes of the pants I wanted for a trip, trying to return the size I don't need, followed all steps in their refund process, including providing all details about the order. Started the process almost 2 weeks and 5 emails ago and to date. The only response I have received was an email after a full week giving me all the options I have if I want to keep the pants, but failing to provide me with the required information in order to be able to send the return back to them. I responded to that email declining their options and asking them to please provide me with the needed information so that I can properly return these within their 30 day limit and it's a week later and no response at all. It seems clear to me that they are trying to run out the clock on the 30 days and not have to refund me for this product. While the pants were nice, I would not order from this company again!
Loved all of the items purchased except the sizing on the Loose Pants. I would recommend getting a size larger to appreciate the looseness.
Just one shirt ran much smaller than I expected. Love the other two!

I asked to exchange my order for a different size and was told I would have to pay to return it or pay an additional $45 to get the order in the new size. I asked to pay the $45 but never heard back. I won't be shopping with Azzlee again.

It took longer than I expected to receive my order (3 weeks). The clothes I chose to keep are pretty, I thought from the pictures the fabrics were cotton a little disappointed in the fabrics but will keep 3 of the 5 items

I placed an order almost a month ago. They charged me but I never received my products. When I tried to contact them to track my order, their website doesn't let you use the "track your order" button. They provide no phone numbers. They only replied through their customer service email and directed me back to their website or to another tracking site that doesn't work either. Very sorry I didn't receive my products because the pictures make their clothing look very attractive.
