I received my package after 10 days, only to discover that I needed a bigger size. I really liked the shirts, I sent an email to company wanting to know how and were to exchange never received a reply.

Disappointing

The pictures of the clothes were beautiful and I was suckered once again. When will I learn?!? The quality was poor, the colors were not true. Two XL blouses we're too large and one was way too small. I will be hassling with returns!

Horrible to make returns

I originally ordered 12 tops and there were a few that were too tight or I did not like the material. The return policy is that you can return or exchange within 30 days from the delivered date. I tried on all the tops the day I received them and the very next day I requested information on how to make the return. First you have to tell them the items you don't like and why. I was offered to keep the items and get a 10% refund (I think) which I declined. I received an email stating "WE GLADLY ACCEPT UNWORN, UNDAMAGED, UNWASHED ITEMS WITH ORIGINAL LABELS ATTACHED (THE HANG TAG AND TRANSPARENT PACKAGE." Only one item had the hang tag and if I had sent the items back without the tags, no refund would be issued and the items would not be returned so all money would be lost. I had no choice but to accept the gift card for $144.81 I was finally offered for the items. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM AZZLEE AND I TELL EVERYONE MY EXPERIENCE. I had to fight for my money. I used the gift card and again didn't like a few items which I donated. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!
