The online experience was nice and prices are pretty good. The communication is not good. Once the order is placed you go into a black hole for, in my case 10 or so days, then when checking the online status shows shipped. But with who? It takes at least 2 weeks to receive the order. When you try to communicate, in my case 3 of 4 items are too small and need to return, you are left waiting for a response which is where I am today.
Ordered three items and am pleased overall with all 3. Shipping was relatively quick and check out easy. My daughter likes my outfits so much that she is planning to place an order herself.
I emailed about delivery 3 weeks after the order said "in process". It took two emails to get a response which was one of the items was out of stock and did I want to replace that item or cancel it. It took another 5 days to get a response, and two more emails. I cancelled the order all together. Still awaitinga refund. Cute clothes, in the pictures at least, but terrible customer service.
The pants fit fine when I tried them on at first but did not wash well. The fabric is flimsy and cheap. They are probably going into my give away pile.

First time shopper. I liked the quality of the clothing but the fit was seriously off. Not only too small but very high arm holes for what should be loose-fitting warm weather garments. I would consider purchasing again with this caveat in mind.
Shopping was easy. Shipping took 2 weeks, as stated on the website. Everything came neatly packed in plastic zip bags. Was skeptical of the company/prices/quality because I thought the prices were low compared to similar vendors. I was pleasantly surprised and would recommend this company.

I've been waiting for return authorization. One reply did come, trying to change my mind to an exchange of gift card for future use. I replied to that email and the email was "undeliverable". So, I resent original request for return authorization and after 2 days have heard nothing. The quality is subpar, which I should have realized by the price, but I was hopeful.
I just returned home to find my package waiting for me do I haven't contacted Azzlee yet.
Not really that dressy for my occasion. Took too long to get a answer to return it,& not happy to pay so much to return it when others take care of that,so I would never buy from this company for that reason. I thought it would be nice to try a company I had not dealt with in the past,but I learned not to deal with Azzlee ever again.
