I was so looking forward to receiving this order! However, I was so disappointed when it finally arrived. I immediately attempted to contact customer service to request permission to return the items, but I have been unsuccessful to do this. My email was returned to me. So, I am still awaiting authorization to return the items to you.

I wish to return the items, but I have asked repeatedly for approval for returns (as required by your policy) and a return address but have received neither.

You have limited time to return items and have to contact the company before returning or exchanging anything — which I did — but I still have not gotten any response from the company and it's been 2 days. I will have to reach out again.

Fabric is not as shown in photos. Actual size is not as indicated in the sizing chart. The pant fabric on models and in photos has a distinct sheen like the silky fabric of the top. The actual fabric on the pants is a very stiff cotton blend of some sort. The print on the top is muddy and doesn't have the crisp color contrast as shown in photos. Very disappointing.

I need to return all except for one of the items on my order. The cut of the pieces is square, giving an old lady look. Not good at all. And this antiquated process to return needs to improve.

I was disappointed with the material used. It was described as SweatShirt but the material was very thin.

Unfortunately neither of the two items I ordered were satisfactory and I have to return them. Please be warned if you need to return that they don't pay return postage and the goods have to be sent back to America. They are very helpful in this matter.

I received a fake tracking number and I got the charges reversed on my credit card
