After literally months of Customer Service playing e-mail games (no number to call) I was finally able to obtain a return address and shipped these 4 items back, unworn. Quality was so poor I did not even try the merchandise on. I tracked my shipment and it got to them weeks ago. I emailed asking for a status of my refund and they responded would I be willing to keep the clothes and only pay 50%. Um, WHAT? My email stated they received my return. Where is my refund?! Next step, Better Business Bureau and an attorney.

I have been begging to return this. You only get 30 days. Material is not wearable Customer service is horrible. Ive sent 12 emails to return this. Got a questionnaire back. I have disputed the charge with Pay pal in hopes to get my money back.

Unfortunately the size chart online wasn't in line with actual sizes in the U.S. and the quality wasn't what I thought it was going to be. It was more work than it was worth to return the items. I won't be ordering from any instagram ads again
